0 Digg it    Playboy Chooses its Best Games Of E3, 2008

1. Heavy Rain (Sony, PS3), by Quantic Dream published by Sony: I signed my life away to promise I wouldn't reveal any details about this game. In fact I'm told Sony ninjas will hit me with poison shurikens before I can type the words to describe it, so I will simply say it's by far the most impressive thing I saw at E3. The first video below came out two years ago as a tech demo of Quantic Dream's animation system. The second video shows off what their system is capable of today. This isn't coming for a while yet but looks like it's going to be extremely interesting.

2. Fallout 3 (Bethesda Softworks, 360, PC, PS3): If The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion was a little too orcs 'n swords for your taste (it was for mine), this revival of the classic post-apocalyptic RPG franchise will give you a chance to experience Bethesda's brand of open-world hotness. Born in an underground fallout shelter, you step outside for the first time as an adult -- into a world that's been picking up the pieces of nuclear holocaust for decades.

3. Left 4 Dead (Valve/EA, 360, PC): We've seen a zombie or two in the years we've spent playing games, but we've never seem them like this. Fast and brutal, the

0 Digg it    Play WOW on PSP?
  Views: 823  |  Category : Cool Game |  Post time : Feb 24, 2008    Comments: 1  |  Bookmark

Come on, man! I try to believe it, and I hope it's not another rumor for WOW! Details are revealed that there would be 3xUMD and it is coming to us on Feb. 30th! O.o!

I don't think that the CPU of PSP could fear the enormous graphy effect of WOW. We won't see that unless SONY and Blizzard haven't develop the special version for PSP.

They said it's doable, but you're facing a 1 - 1/2 fps experience. Using a homebrew app called Portable VNC, users can run a remote desktop into a Mac via a PSP and launch games like WoW right onto the handheld device—yes launch, but not necessarily play. And without being able to see the mouse pointer, even just messing around with the OS can get frustrating. At any rate, it's an intriguing hack that will hopefully get worked out. No PSP WoW for now…

I search the video from Youtube, may be there ia another way for playing WOW. That's using the Wifi for Remote Accessing the PC.

0 Digg it    Get your Patapon on for $20

Though we haven't had a look at the final packaging just yet, Sony has given us an excellent idea as to what Patapon's back-of-the-box bullet points might say:
  • Intriguing and utterly unique blend of strategy and rhythm gameplay!
  • From the creators of the critically acclaimed LocoRoco!
  • Bizarre, yet entirely endearing art style!
  • Costs a mere $19.99!
  • "Excellent" -- Joystiq, 21 Jan. 2008
Sony hopes that the lower price point will push Patapon to a broader audience, one perhaps unswayed by the unusual gameplay and our glowing, out-of-context recommendation. It's a wise move that also favors those of us already keen on rhythmically conquering the lands of Patapon.
