Details: You need to kill 10 Frizkhan's in order to recieve The heart of Eternity.
Frizkhans can be found at various locations but the best would be 143: 163.
Go straight out of arca Temple into Hieharp. Then when you reach the Circle turn
right and carry on going along the frozen river bank until you hit the ice.
Walk along the ice util you reach the Frizkhans.
