聽The Billposter's Guide (v1.0)
The guide is on Hiatus until I finish gathering all the information I need.

Ahh, yes. The Billposter class. The most widely used class on eFlyff, and also, the most mis-understood, over thought class in eFlyff. Most new players don't know what to add because, well, it's a confusing class. That's where this guide comes in. This guide will not only go in-depth about how a Billposter works, it's recommended stat distributions, necessary skills, but also, it will cover almost all of the crucial information on becoming a Billposter. Right from the start of Assist-hood and straight into 2nd job. This guide will explain almost everything you need to know about Billposters. Keep in mind, though, that this is definitely not an easy task.聽 Adding all the armors, weapons, build ideas, won't be easy. So for now give the guide some time to flourish into something great. Assist?
Assist?Slick! What the hell is it?The Assist in the game Fly For Fun is a fighter/healer class. I say this because you can take two paths: The fighter's path (which will be explained thoroughly in this guide) and the healers path. Although you can take two paths, we'll only be explaining the path to Billposter in the guide. Although there appear to be no "complete" Ringmaster Guides, I'm sure someone will work on one soon.
Now, the assist, according to
http://www.flyffworld.com/ , is "the fastest levelers in the game for two reasons. They are the first class to have an attack that kills more than one at time (Area of Effect skills) and they get power level by other higher level classes. In return for their healing services Assists get level at an astonishing rate.
It is not entirely true. It all depends on the player and how much he plays, it pretty much sums up what I have just said with specifics. In this guide though, again, we will only cover聽 the fighter's path.
BIG QUESTION:This question is a question you should be asking yourself BEFORE you even put in any stat points. Now, which type of fighter do you want to be? Take a look at the choices.AOE - Area of Effect. Gather your enemies into a group and pound the ground, sending shock waves of damage to every single one.
PROS: You will level FAST. EXTREMELY FAST. This will benefit you... for now.
CONS: But if you keep at it, you'll realize that you will want a restat before level 65. The mobs will become more sparse and carry more HP, making AOE a total nuisance.1 vs. 1 - One on one. Fight your enemies one on one with astounding speed and strength. This way is a little slower, but as you will see, will benefit you in the future.
PROS: You will be able to keep this build, and it'll be really nice, but...
CONS:You will not be able to keep up with an AOE Assist.Contemplate these build types and contemplate hard because it is a decision that you might not want in the future. And if you don't have enough cash to go and buy yourself a restat, you'll find yourself making a complete new character and starting over.
The Skills
Skills(Slick, show me some skills!) Every assist throughout his life on FlyFF will receive a set of skills. Some of those skills are crucial for your survival. Some help you out, whilst others do not as much. Knowing which skills make you a stronger player and which don't is what makes or breaks an up-and-coming Billposter.
The buff details are on the last page of the Guide.
The Builds
The Builds( What are the builds for an up and coming assist? )
The build is one of the most essential properties for Fly For Fun. Without a good build, your character will be thrown out into the cold and scary world of Madrigal. A good build is certainly essential for victory in PvP. This section of the guide will describe the three different kinds of most frequently used builds (STR, DEX, and the less loved AOE builds.)
The STR build. This build is used for a player that would rather hit harder than faster. Although with the right equips it is the same as a DEX BP, you will still hit harder than it.Pros: You will hit harder than a DEX BP. Also, it's a great build in PvP ( Player versus Player ).
Cons: Although you hit harder than a DEX BP, your speed will not be quite as good. Therefore giving the opponent another reason to use skills. The STR BP build consists of only using the 63 dexterity speed break to your advantage and settling the rest on a bit of stamina and strength.
Strength - xx ( rest of the points )Stamina - 30-50Dexterity - 43 - 50/55Intelligence - 15Now take that build in. Only use the 43 Dexterity if you have a maxed Cannonball. ( Since, as you can see if you look at the buff section, Cannonball adds +20 Dexterity points once maxed ). Remember, base your Dex count on how you want to level your skills.
For example, say you only want to raise your Cannonball to level 10. To make the 63 Dex聽 speed break, you would need at least 53 Dex normally.
But again you also have to consider what jewelry you're wearing. Say for example, by the off chance that you have two
Arek +4 (Dex +5) rings, and you and intend to keep them, you could go with 33 DEX, and Max Cannonball and still receive the 63 DEX speed break.
Here is the latter paragraph in equation format:
聽33 + 5 + 5 + 20 = 63 Dex-
Now lets try another equation. Lets say you are lucky enough to have a
Dexion +2 (+20 Dex ring) and a maxed level 20 Cannonball (Dex+20). To meet the Dex standards for the speed break, you would only need 23 Dex to receive the 63 Dex speed break.
Let's once again break up the last statement into an equation:
23 + 20 + 20 = 63 DexThe build for a STR BP can be quite complex if you do not read up on your equipment, jewelry and stats first. The most important attribute to a Strength Billposter, remember, is it's strength.聽
The DEX build. This build is used for a player that would prefer to PvP better than to level up faster. (Purely for the PvP-lovers)
Pros: You will kill almost every single opponent you come by in a duel.
Cons: You will not level up as fast a STR BP, and will also not hit quite as hard.
DEX BP uses the 99 DEX aspd break to reach 93% aspd.
Strength - xx ( rest of the points )Stamina - 20-30Dexterity - 99Intelligence - 15
This build is not very similar to the previously mentioned BP build. This you will not need to contemplate as much as a STR BPs build. But it would still help to pre-plan.
If you have a maxed Cannonball, you would not need as much Dex. Example:
79 + 20 = 99.
This way, you won't need to even consider buying Dexterity rings. You can just focus on getting your strength up.
(Will add more later on).
