I put together this simple guide since I've been see'ing alot of questions about how the upgrade system works.
Items needed to upgrade an item:
1. Blue weapon or armor peice that is unslotted.
2. Force core.
3. Blue weapon or armor peice of the same grade or higher of the item you want to upgrade.
4. Non PK status, so you can talk to the Core Alchemist :O
How to ugrade an item:
1. Talk to the core alchemist
2. Place your weapon or armor peice in the left slot.
3. Place the force core/s in the middle slot.
4. Place the catalyst(Blue weapon or armor) in the right slot.
Weapon / Armor catalyst bonuses (that i know of):
Blue battle helmets: HP
Blue Boots: Defense rate
Blue Chestpeice: Defense
Blue warrior weapon: Critical DMG
I know there are some things that I missed but this covers alot of the basic questions about upgrading.

Q. Where are the Highzards and Amarku+? A. For some quests, you will have to face these two extremely rare monsters. I didn’t know where they were at all, but found them because there were spawn campers (CS?) at their spawning areas. Highzards look like Bugzards, but have flames coming out of them. They are located in Green Despair around the area the Bugzards are. If you are in the Bugzard “village,” it is the little island path next to a building. The building is a quest area where your icon will turn into a “speech bubble” icon. The Amarku+ looks exactly like the regular Amarku, but is bigger. They are located in Desert Scream and spawn close to the hill next to the research dungeon. The dungeon is between the mummy graveyard and where the giant cobras spawn. Q. What do the colors of the monster mean? A. The color tells you if you have a chance of winning or not. As the tank character, you can mob anything yellow and below (weaker yellow, gray, dark gray) However anything above (orange, dark orange, red) it would be best to cast regen before facing them. At most, you can face around approx 5 orange without an aura, but only if you spam skills. Don&rsqu

Quests From memory, there are a few types of quests. 1. Kill X ammount of monster Y. 2. Kill monster X to get Z of item Y. 3. Kill monster X to get item Y. 4. Talk to person A, B, C, D, (it goes on). 5. Talk to Person A, B, C, D and do a dungeon. In dungeons, there is a time limit, and a specified objective. Mostly you just kill all monsters. Anyways, once time runs out you lose the dungeon. Sometimes there are mazes, in which you pass easily. Also, sometimes dungeons contain "crystal seals", seals that protect the door. Kill these to proceed on. Sometimes, quests ask you to call a specific rare monster. Usually they have + in their name. So far, the only ones I know from beta include hunting these 2. Armaku+: Spawns near the Tower of Sages research camp. It's right on the <--- side if you face straight at the entrance. Scorp Lug+: Spawns near north of the Bloody Ice town. Highzard: Spawns near bugzards;usually on the little island. Black Snake: Spawns near the puddle of water near Giant Snakes. Upgrading. The upgrading system is quite simple, really. Stratus was furious with himself. How could he have done that to the warrior girl? It was shameful! He was now at phoenix castle, he wanted to clean the evil inside his heart and only the beautiful maple forest could do that. He started to kill bandits one after the other almost without thinking what he was doing. He saved some kids who were being attacked by bandits and when they thanked him he only made a vague gesture to send them home. Why did he fill so complete, so happy when he killed? Author:Lucidfox I've seen many articles talking about how the "evil pkers" steal the hard work of others. But everyone should remember, this game is pk based, so you should expect to get pked every now and then. Hopefully my guide will help you avoid getting pked. 1-Invest in better armor The better the armor, the less damage pkers will be able to do to you 2-Level up The higher your level, the higher your stats will be(including your hp, defense, and magic defense) 3-Get a Love Forever ring They give you 800 extra hp, so most pkers around your level will be unable to kill you if you have some pots and a scroll with you 4-Level/hunt with a high-leveled friend If you have a high level hanging around, there's less chance of a pker trying something 5-Don't make enemies If you trash talk a pker after the pker pks you, the pker will probably pk you the next time he/she sees you. 6-Warehouse valuables as soon as you acquire them Anyone who continues to hunt while holding 1 mil worth of stuff is an idiot and deserves to be pked 7-When marketing stuff, enter market from TC There's a chance you could dc overnight and when you log in a pker could pk you and make you dro

I have leveled several archers and I pretty much know what I am talking about. First as a low level, u should be attacking kings in phoenix castle. Winged snake kings r the easiest and best I think. just single attack them for a while or till they r dead. After u r able to use iron arrows u can level even faster. Simply go scatter at Alien Apes. Be careful however, with a low level archer 1 zap means you are dead. You will level at Alien Apes and north of it for stronger monsters at Senior Snakemen. You will level at Alien Apes and Senior Snakemen till level 73. After 73 plvl some noobs for vp. After u get enough vp for a lab trip go to lab. Bring lots of speed arrows; be careful not to get hit tho. You will level in lab till u r 107. Lab will be the best exp for u if u can find the archer spawn. I suggest getting a friend or higher-level player to show u or simply get a map from someone who made 1. After 107 u can simply level at Basilisks. It is not the best exp in the world but it is better than nothing. Hitting 115 will take some time. Mostly tging every night with a stigger and leveling at basi when it's free is what is recommended. At 115 u will get 2x exp at Alien Serpents and

Just as you would normally do with an actual miner, there are many things one must consider such as: • The botters level • The botters hp • The botters equipment Further one must remember that miner bot programs are built so that any sense of danger will cause the program to disconnect from the server. The bot program allows for disconnection on blue, red and black names but for botters themselves they probably would use the warning for all. Now that I have cleared up the background info, lets get into the course. Identifying a bot Well as mentioned above, the program disconnects when players have their name under certain kill conditions (blue, red or black), however I have found another method of identifying a bot user. During experiments, (many botters can always be found in the Phoenix City mine in the Pyramid server) I have learnt that if a botter is on your screen and you use certain XP skills the bot also disconnects. While I have not tried this for all classes, I will say that this works particularly well with a warrior
