HUXLEY: On August 22nd,
Webzen pulled a press release out of their hats and announced a 5-day Closed Beta for FPS MMO, HUXLEY, which would begin September 13th.
I predicted we鈥檇 probably see an actual HUXLEY web site finally launch to coincide with sign-ups. This has come to pass - sort of. Turns out the brief Closed Beta is for Korean testers only. Whether or not you can read Korean, at least the new HUXLEY site provides fresh imagery and hope that the long-awaited MMO may actually be released. One day.
鈥淎fter 999 lucky beta testers are selected from the official Huxley website beginning on August 28, the closed beta test will take place from September 13 for five days. For the first time ever, testers will get a chance to experience the city where the characters live and breath. They will also be treated to a variety of play modes such as team death match and radar domination, as well as the core systems, including the quest, not seen before in standard FPS games.鈥
