5 Good Ideas and 5 Really BAD Ones

Since Animaniacs was one of my favorite cartoons growing up, I decide to give them homage of one of their popular skits.

It’s time for another Good Idea. Bad Idea.



(1) Good Idea:
Putting age ratings on games so 12 year olds don’t pick up games that have soft-core porn such as hookers, or other detailed acts of violence.

    Bad Idea:
When the 12 year old is able to buy it anyways since mommy or daddy don’t care about what they are doing, for said parents to then get upset and try to blame the game companies for making it in the first place.




(2)Good Idea:
Playing MMO games with the intentions of meeting and playing with people from all over the world with common goals and interest.

Bad Idea:
Trying to pick up a date who happens to be underage, then running away with her, only to get busted by the cops because you had to have that Powage License plate. Oh yeah, and she’s like 14. What the HELL were you thinking?!



(3)Good Idea:
Being dedicated to your Guild online, putting in time and effort because it’s all about the group.

Bad Idea:
Being TOO dedicated to your Guild online, playing for more hours in a raid then you work at your full time job, your family, and real life friends. The instance isn’t going to disappear if you leave your chair…



(4)Good Idea:
Becoming very good at first-person shooters and other violent games such as Halo, Counter-Strike, GTA, and others.

Bad Idea:
Deciding to act out these actions in real-life and letting games take the heat for what you did. Most violent crimes aren’t game related at all, since it’s considered a hobby. Sure, someone that decides to go nuts might play games, but it’s hardly the root of why they did it…



(5)Good Idea:
Role-playing on online games, even a little bit of adult fun.

Bad Idea:
Being a GM and caught in the act, only to then be plastered on 4chan and every other game site known to gamers. Seriously man, you deserved that.

Although, I didn't know what "scene" girls and guys were until last week or so. Pretty sad. TT; I saw them at malls but I never knew what they were. o__O;

There are plenty on MMOsite. Tina for example. Sorry. TIianaa? Because spelling it correctly would just be too hard. Anyone who spells like that must have a stuttering problem that transcends to typing...or so much make up in their eyes they can't see. It's a guess on how they are writing things. If they hit keys more than once, it's bound to end up on the screen right?

Aww, I love'd animaniacs when I was little. But i did't watch it so often. It was always on the wrong channel or the wrong time.

I giggled a little bit while reading this.

This was great. I didn't get the Emo Girl pic from yourscenesucks.com , god damn I love that guy he's pretty damn funny. Well I do agree with alot of this, so do most gamers. *thumbs up*

Most scene girls, the ones with a million photos up on their pages with themselves half naked and claiming the age of 18+, are really like 16-. It's pretty sick and screams 'man trap'. I never liked the look of those photo-shop pro's to begin with and try my best to make fun of them when the opportunity shows itself.

lol thanks. It's my attempt of dead-pan humor XD everything I said is true, but it's sadly funny...because it is true. Oh, what is the world coming too...Some random guy shoots up a 7-11 while robbing it and Jack Thompson says it's 'XXX video game's fault.' Right....

If you could number then it would be fantastic, i play most violent game like FPS or adventure games like Half-life 2 or GTA and well im almost a Pro at both of them. And your right at all of your good idea. bad idea, about G. I. & B. I °1 im 14 but of course my parents care about what i play but they know and i know that im not gonna be like the G. I. & B. I. °4 really who in their sense would do something like that? and the others are things that happen too. for example in maplestory they were 13 year girls "dating" 17 years old and telling me that they were neighboors and i was like "Omg...". NIce article.

I think online dating is a bad idea in general and you should only take about 10% of what people say as true to begin with when it come to online chat. If some girl, if they even are a girl, tell me they are 18, 21, or some other barely legal age...it's more like yeah right. You're prolly not only a guy but either really old or a minor XD

Animaniacs is/was one of the best sketch comedy shows out there, even for being a cartoon. I like anime with plots and stories, but it's still good to just sit back and laugh at random stuff lol The wheel of morality...best idea ever.
