It was announced today in the EA Earnings Call that Warhammer Online has pushed back its launch date from Q1 2008 to Q2 2008. Mark Jacobs, the VP of EA Mythic, spoke with MMORPG.com and told us that this decision was made in order to deliver a polished product at launch, and does not threaten the game's production.

 As some of you are aware, South Korea is teeming with various MMORPGs and most of it follow the free subscription model with in-game advertisements supporting the finances for the game. One of these MMORPGs is Twelve Sky from publisher Aeria Games & Entertainment. Due to said MMO's recent success in the region, Aeria decided to launch Twelve Sky on a global scale and the pre-open testing phase just drew to a close. Now, the company is announcing that it will begin the open beta phase starting on November 1. That means that this is your chance to see and try out the game for yourselves. Furthermore, Twelve Sky developer Gigassoft just began a Test Report event on its official website where players can submit their ideas and suggestions to make the game better and more efficient. Internet Gaming Gate (IGG) recently announced that Zu Online is now in its alpha test phase and will be open to participants beginning 12:00 p.m. EST (GMT-5) today, October 25.
As of this writing, IGG has readied four download sites from which alpha test players may download the test client. The company also promised that more sites will be go live soon. IGG also appreciated the overwhelming show of enthusiasm that the myriad of aspiring alpha testers exhibited during the registration period.
As a concession for the unfortunate players who weren't initially accepted during the initial registration, IGG will offer additional accounts on its official forum. Slots are limited, however, so those who hope to participate as an alpha tester had better sign up fast.
As an FYI, IGG mentioned that all alpha test accounts will still be made available for the upcoming Zu Online closed beta test phase. Furthermore, IGG is open to receiving your suggestions and bug reports, so tell them what you think and help them make Zu Online a better game for everybody.

Seoul , Korea - October 20, 2007 - After 2 months of additional development and upgrades, NCONY Enterprise is proud to announce the reopening of the Pi Story (www.pistory.gamengame.com) game server for a second round of closed beta tests. Closed Beta Test 2 will begin at 6 p.m. on October 26th and close at 7 a.m. on November 2nd. The servers are open 13 hours a day, from 6 p.m. to 7 a.m. GMT.
Major bugs reported by players from the last closed beta round have been tested and fixed for a smoother game play. The server's performance has also been improved for less network issues. New additions to the game include more maps, a new class, and enhanced battle skills for a better game experience.
Players who participated in the Closed Beta Test 1 in September will receive a special game item as a thank you for playing the last test round. In addition, to celebrate Halloween, the developers of Pi Story have also created limited edition Halloween avatar items so that players can spice up there characters look and celebrate the Halloween event as they play! These items will be only be offered during Closed Beta Test 2.
