Yesterday we went out for self-service barbecue, which means we pay a certain of fee

and enjoy the food provided as much as we want. It was supposed to be a pretty nice

entertainment, but when we got there and started our dinner, I realized that many

people around wasted a lot of food. They either bit the food only a little or even just

left it there. Although there was the regulation that penalty would be charged if the

amount of food left was more than 150 grams, I never saw anyone punished. Thinking

 of the news we watch every day that there are still so many people in shortage of

food or even starving to death, how dare these people waste food like this. I think it is

time for us to do something to stop this.

Scheduling Time with Yourself

1. Evenings with Yourself. Try to save certain weeknights just for you. If others ask you to do things those nights, just tell them you have plans. Use the time for gardening, reading, exercise, thinking, or the ultimate luxury of doing nothing!

2. Monthly Treat. Schedule a treat for yourself once a month. It could be on your lunch break, a weekend, or it could be leaving work early. Maybe you get a spa treatment, go see a movie, a haircut, play golf, or whatever treat you’re always thinking about but rarely get to. Schedule it in and it will happen!

3. Buy Tickets in Advance. sports, theater, concerts, or any other event you would enjoy. Schedule the plans with a friend later. Having the tickets already in hand will force you to make it happen!

Different people choose different jobs according to their interests and ability. My

ideal job is to be a teacher. There are some reasons for my choice.

First of all, a teacher’s job is very important because a teacher can provide

students with knowledge. And meanwhile I can also learn a lot from students.

Secondly, to be a teacher may enable me to feel always young to be with young

people all the time. That will be a great pleasure. The job will allow me a lot of

freedom to choose my way of teaching. I like to make students both learned and

creative. I will be satisfied with the progress my students make every day, and I’ll

Recently, the big drop of Shanghai Stock is also crazy (like that crazy and more crazy  increase before).
