suffer from insomnia
In this silence night there is almost nobody outside I still cant fall asleep since i have been sufferring from insomnia for long i think i should just grab my pen and note book then write down anything come through my head.

insomnia means an inability to sleep; chronic sleeplessness. well i am not that serious though, so its ok thanks!
I believe everybody has a special place for themselves in their heart, those things shall never be exposed to anyone, maybe called "personal space", i am not so sure, just take a guess that all of us should have such a place, i might be a sensitive person...hehe...Its so ture that a friend of mine told me that you would have to release your mood somehow sometimes till shed tears.
