Shine, MMOsite journalist, a very cute guy.

When I was leaving Young, he suggested me to interview Shine, MMOsite journalist. They said Shine is a guy always with a smile on face.

"I am Shine, the journalist of MMOsite," he greeted me warmly.

"How do you conduct an interview?"

"Hehe...feel a little awkward to be interviewed," he smiled. "First, I think the criterion for a good interview is that readers must like it and it is helpful for them. So every time when I conduct an interview, I always try to from the angle of the gamer. What kind of information they need and what they most desire to know. And sometimes, I collect questions from the gamers in our forum."

"Sounds the role you are playing is like...em...gamers' mouthpiece?"

"Mouthpiece?" he replied with a nod. "I like what you say XD. That is our goal. Usually, I would try various kinds of games, browse different forums and try to communicate with the gamers as much as possible. Actually, in many aspects gamers have a more thorough understanding than us. And there are many things we have to learn from them. Recently, we are building our player interviewer team. Hope gamers can join our team actively."

Adam, forum administrator, a man who looks quite different from my imagination.

I have chatted with Adam, mmosite forum administrator online before. In my impression, Adam is a very cute boy. But when I saw him...He is much taller and bigger than my imagination.

"Please briefly introduce your forum?"

"Generally, we'll open a board in our forum if the game is hot enough, or if there is some event for the game, so that gamers can discuss freely and conveniently. On the other hand, the forum is also a place for us to collect feedback from the gamers."

"How do you feel to manage such a big forum?"

"Busy but happy. Lol, we've got a group of outstanding forum moderators, like MMOcrazy, Skaja, Yoz..." Adam gave me a dozen of names. "They help me a lot. Thanks to them, I am saved from being buried in work."

Isabella, a lovely girl with black curly hair, mmosite PR.

"I have been desired to know what you PR's work is about?"

"My work? Talking and talking without stop. Lol, it is a joke.In short, we PR have to contact developers and publishers to obtain first-hand game info, cooperate with them and gain more gaming fun for the gamers. And sometimes, we are a bridge between gamers and manufactures. And we also help gamers follow up their unreplied questions to manufacturers."

"More gaming fun?"

"Yes. We will team up with game manufacturers to hold events for the gamers, for example, accounts giveaway, screenshot contest, etc. We hope gamers can extend the enjoyment of gaming into their real life."

Robert, lead designer, & Hommas, lead programmer.

It is said Blizzard ever invited Robert to join them, but he decided to stay in mmosite. This really arouses my curiosity.

However, Robert seemed to be deeply immersed in his work. He did not notice my approaching. Just when I was wondering how to interrupt him, "how do you feel about this?" pointing to the screen, he asked. I had a quick look. It must be a page for a casual game, clear structure and nice color scheme.

"Very clean page, and well-organized," I replied.

"Hmm..." he continued to bury his head in work.

"Hehe...Don't mind, he is a guy 120% devoted to his work." A voice came from behind. I turned around hastily. "Hommas, MMOsite's lead programmer," he said before I opened my mouth. Seems like he has seen through my mind. ¡°Actually, there is not much to say. You see, the whole team is devoting to their work seriously and happily. I think it denotes everything."
