Generally speaking my very first MMO was in fact maple story. Now in it's defense it's a pretty alright game to start off with, but nothing more. It truly is nothing to get addicted over, and sadly I have seen some people actually become addicted to this game without exploring the vast world of MMO's. To speak bluntly I personally am happy that I have given up Maple story and moved onto other games, but to be honest at random moments I get the urge to play it. Maybe it's to see how the guild is still holding up or even just to get in a few mob kills just for old times sake. I honestly am not sure, but I do know that I never act out on these urges no matter how hard that may end up being.

While enjoying my rather lack luster experience within the game of maple I eventually got tired of the usual grind and wondered if there was in fact something better out there. Thankfully my better half ran across an add for Lunia on a website she was going through, and yes this was far before I joined MMOsite which I will talk about later within this article. Moreover when I began playing Lunia I was absolutely shocked that there were games out there like this, and it's pretty understandable considering that I started off with maple. So not only the graphics, but the interface left me almost breathless and shocked. I simply could not believe it, and fell in love with that game so very hard.

At this point it was rather hard for me to not become happy while playing such a game with such quality. This lead to me searching for more games to play which in turn resulted in me finding MMOsite. A wonderful find indeed for it had such an extensive library that I could not help but try out a new game every week or so. In time I had played almost everything on the list that was global. Unfortunately I had never tried to play a game that was in another language because of the fact I did not want to go through the tedious task of trying to figure out the sign up policies so on and so forth. However it did get to the point that I can not tell you now in order which games I have played though I could probably tell you which ones I have played out of order.
Needless to say there are games that I regret spending any time on at all, and there are games I wish I had more time to experience, or rather that I had given myself more time to experience. Such a game would be Zu online, a game that held so much potential but when I had started playing it my computer crashed soon after. Not because of the game, but the little care I had given it, not to mention it was a laptop which is never a good pc tool to play MMO's on.

Throughout my mmo life span I have learned that the game's quality can not be completely based off of graphics. After all a game could have wonderful graphics but little to nothing as far as actual gameplay is concerned to offer. Though I have ran across this with a few games that I will not mention simply because that could in fact be someones favorite game and I do not want to bash them, I have also come across games with the exact opposite appeal. Meaning that it has little to no outstanding graphics quality but the game play is just down right wonderful and spectacular enough to keep my attention.
So currently I am still in the learning process of what the industry is looking for as far as a fan base, and learning even more about what MMO's have to offer and how to judge them. For example I will never judge a game before I play it. However if I play it and it only keeps my attention for the first few minutes before I just give up on it then I can honestly say I do not like the game. Then again there are games that I have given second chances which have turned out wonderfully. In a nut shell it is always best to gather as much information about the game as one can before they cast down a ruling upon it. No matter this is just my personal view point.
No matter what everyone will have games or a game they love or just don't want to bother with that is unavoidable. I hope you have all enjoyed learning just a little bit more about me.
