In every game that you play no matter what it is there is always a class that has the ability to keep you alive. Though it is not the class I pick ever because it is just not my personal style it is one that should have the most respect. Tankers can get in front of people and keep them from being hurt, but healers, or clerics as they are more commonly called amongst the gaming community are the ones that can literally keep you alive or bring you back to life. To be honest they can tell you "Respect me or die" however that would be taking it a bit too far.

The truth of the matter is that some Clerics do abuse their power and will frequently act like snobs in the gaming world, but those are very far few and in between. Typically you have the Clerics that are good at their jobs, and those that are not. Then no matter what when you are in a party with a Cleric unless everyone is on good terms and knows each other I.E. are friends there will always be that guy or girl demanding a heal. Now many of you may say that you demand it because you need it right at that moment. Calm down and allow the healer to do their job.

Well it's almost that time of year for A-kon to come on over to Dallas. I can assure you I will be there dressed hopefully as the nifty little guy in my display. Hopefully anyway. For those who don't know A-kon is an anime convention where people go and dress up as their favorite anime characters, enter competitions, dance, enter dance competitions o,0, buy merchandise and just in general hang out. It's a pretty costly habit to indulge but it's so worth it.

I just wanted to see who else would all be there from MMOSite, and I was kinda hoping some of the legends from this site would be attending. ~cough~ genji, logos, cesarsuki, layce~cough,cough~ It'd just be fun to meet you all there lol. There are a few peoples I didn't mention but hey i'm not listing all the cool and happenin' cats on this site it would just take too dang long.

As many of you may or may not remember Ghost online was a game that got confused with Maple story very often. Actually the two did not get confused but more along the lines of compared to ridiculous proportions. Still it was a decent game and still is, but that is not what this article is about.



In a recent notice while browsing the Netgame website I stumbled across an advertisement displaying that Netgame in fact was going to host Ghost online in the near future. It does not say when it will happen exactly, but it is pretty black and white that it will happen. There also is not that much detail of when they bought out the rights to the game, but facts like that don't really matter unless it was underhanded and they did something wrong to lose the game. These facts just don't matter.



The point is people that Netgame(which is the same company that hosts holic, and scions of fate) will be hosting Ghost online some time this year I suspect.

Oh not at all my dear friends, there is actually for those who don't know a "United Kingdom" version of the game. No that is not some fancy new attribute to MMO's it's just the name of the area it is hosted in. As of yet they have not preformed an IP block so if you are really wanting to play the game and don't want to wait for the CB on the so called "Global version you may actually go to the site I will link below. Now remember I said "as of yet" I have no clue if they will in fact block IP's at a later date. So if they do don't come snapping at me. Just like the old saying goes "Don't shoot the messenger"

All in all it is a pretty cute and fun game, I have played it a while ago and have recently gotten back into playing it. So you will see me on there from time to time if you do decide to join.

Well to start off with when I told Bunny about this site at home and she decided to sign up I already knew what I was going to be in for. However I figured that since I had developed some sort of respect from people on this site it would not be so bad.

WRONG!

Almost every time I get on her name and check her mail it's another guy hitting on her. At first it was just down right funny because they simply ignore the fact she states she is taken, and has pictures up of that as well. Either way the more and more it happened, and people I am not joking it's almost every day if not every other day that someone sends her a message about how hot, sexy, or any other version of the phrase she is. I'm starting to get pushed to my limit of being annoyed. However what can I do? It's the internet, I can't do anything to anyone over the net o,0

Still my point is: She is a very sweet girl and tends to just take compliments without batting the person away. Since she has a kind heart it leaves room to believe that others have a chance with her just because she did not tell them to go shove it. A land rich of fantasy would be the perfect idea for one to have before they even turn on this client. Well it makes sense in that aspect it is the world of dreams, and you are the few chosen to protect those others who can't protect them self from nightmares. That is in great detail your duty. However lets not delve that much into the story line that is pretty interesting. The facts are you run into some pretty strange npc's that will have you doing very odd little quests. A perfect example of this would be the npc who has you gather items for a health potion but ends up giving you a love potion in which you fall in love with her. Then your next quest is to get a potion to break it. The dialog is rather funny, but something you will just have to personally experience to understand.

Lets first talk about classes, since this is only closed beta as of now, and it is rather new to being opened all the classes are not registered just yet. So for the time being there are only four classes. These four consist of Cleric, Mage, Two handed swordsman, and One handed swordsman. This horrifying feature is usually seen in F2P(free to play) games which are running ramped lately. Most people sit behind their keyboard highly annoyed when they are trying to gain that extra experience to either get another quest, or equip a new item when they are just so close to doing so. Maybe a level or two away, but the mobs they are fighting or the filler quests they are doing only give them very little experience over all forcing them to repeat the same process over and over again.

Time and time again this can be the reason for a person to quit a game: The grind was to heavy, and too noticeable. The problem that is seen mostly in industries when they produce games is balancing the grind. For one you can not have the grind be far too noticeable or you will not get as many members in your game that you may like. At the same time you can not have there be little to no grind or there will be virtually nothing keeping the person playing unless there is an outrag
