What a year!

It's been a great year for MapleStory, and we owe it all to you, the players! First and foremost, thank you.
From Masteria to Mu Lung to the MapleStory iTCG, all of this was made possible by you, the players.
We've come a long, long way this year. MapleStory has close to 5 million players,聽with more聽joining each week, and we'll continue to do our best to service everyone.

We've had our issues this year, and again apologize for the bouts of extended downtime for certain patches. We're doing our best to minimize that in the future, in addition to continuing our robust content updates.
As a way to say thanks, we're currently preparing for an unbelievable 2008...

This month, we've got a multitude of events lined up to finish the year with a bang. We've seen quite a few debates over what to choose, Maplemas or Versalmas this holiday season, but we're sure you'll enjoy both. Remember there's a competition though =).
Gelts and pies make their return, as well as a very unique Snowman boss fight in Happyville. Good times all around.
Gachapon also got updated this month, with a bunch of new items. Can't wait to see how some of you look with a Black Bow-Tie. Or the Stonetooth Sword, which is not really a favorite of monsters (but what weapon is?).

As NxJoeW mentioned in our forums, the Nexon Game Cards are leaving some places just as fast as they get there, so if you want them, hurry. =)

And of course, as some of you already know, January brings 4th Job, Leafre and a host of Game Enchancements. Hmm, that's sounds a lot like the post...probably just coincidence. Also, because this has somehow become unclear, we did not mean January 2009, 2010, 2011, etc. We mean 2008. We're also running a contest for those that are closing in on 4th Job; so get busy!聽 Don't worry if you're already 120+, you're in already. =)

Finally, what else can you look forward to next year? Well, a lot. We've got plenty of tricks up our sleeves and plan on using them all.
Even the Yeti on NxProse's desk has a smile on his face...

- Well as you can tell this year will be fun. I havent played much but just because of the new stuff planned for January im so going back to MapleStory. I've played for 2 years and havent been so exited to hear about the new additions to the hit game. MapleStory has been around for 2 years and they havent ever had a patch as big as both 4th job advancement and leafre. Both are huge additions to MapleStory. Leafre is one if not the biggest addition MapleStory has had since Ludibrium. 4th Job should bring allot of joy to allot of players. The highest levels are alredy level 190+ and dont have allot of time to level there new skills. Hopefully MapleStory will have to rase the level cap they have set at 200. If they made it 300 so many players would die to just get there faster.
Well ill post a nether blog about whats up and coming in the future.
