Dear players, please note that with effect from 1st March 2009, all players will have to pay a fee of 500 Rum for every account details retrieval.
This is due to the fact there have been numerous cases reported to us whereby players losing their account details several times.
Therefore, this service charge is necessary to reduce the amount of cases that could have easily been avoided.
We advise you to record your passwords in a safe place.

Please acknowledge if you accept the service charges.

To proceed for account details retrieval, we requires you to forward us your following account information using its registered email address;
- Account Name
- Server Name

Terms of Account details retrieval
1. Players will need to have the required fee in their main account for deduction before any account details retrieval will take place.
2. Players are to email us the request using the registered email of the main account.
3. Players who are unable to use their account registered email address will have to provide us with their account Secret Question / Answer for verification.

Just when i thought that i have seen what the PKO management can do they still did something more worse!!!!!!

geez are they really that desperate go earn money that they will ask players to get their account info, wasn't using your email address to get those still not enough?in normal games asking for your account details would be free for this is part of their customer service free of charge! But to ask payment for it? they are really money sucking company to do that or players really aren't spending that much anymore to result to this way? If they just threat players the proper way fix those peski bugs their income should not have plundered to so low to be desperate to do this.

500rums in philippine peso that would be around one thousand pesos and some of my malaysian friend said it was around 32RM, would you really want to spend that much just for your account information?

Also what i have forgot to mention in my last post was that once there was a bupe bug that many players did dupe and they did a so called investigation yet no names or what so ever have been posted. But they have claimed to have ban players but still the effect of the dupe is stil there, the game is way more unbalance than before! You can see many players wearing  daeth set way pass the total of number that they have auction before in item malls or in events. SO did they really ban players? maybe yes but they didn't ban all of them since many speculation did say that some of the dupers where somehow connected to some GM's thats why they remain free playing ingame makng it a wreck.

Also the former one thousand rums for the investigation of hacked account was raised to one thousand five hundred geeeez so whats the next thing that they would raise?when ever you log in the mainsite you  will need to pay 100 rums?hahahahaha bullshit if you ask me.

So please people who want to play PKO think again if you really want to play with this money sucking company.If you are a ToP player don't transfer at PKO stay at ToP it would do you better than trasferring.

Im not trying to destroy the company nor what, im just giving my insight and a friendly advise to those who wants to play PKO that to think again. Also no one is trying to stop players from ToP to play PKO
