Why with the rising cost of dream stone powder, the impending closure of the Eversun bank, and the horrible fixed rate Guild Cottage crisis, citizens are worried and changes must be made.

So effective Monday July 21st 2008. By order of the Eversun Elder, Eversun City will impose a 10% stall tax. When asked how this might affect the population of Eversun City the elder responded with.

"Phase three--- Profit!"

On other news the rising profits in the city of Darkdale has lead to the lowing of stall tax to 4%. In a recent interview with Darkdale Elder he had this to say

"In these troubling times we want to reward Dreamers for visiting our fine city. Sure, we have been known for leaning towards the area of chaos with our failed PK event, but we think the fine people of the mirrored world can look beyond the past and join us in a bright future."

Incidentally The Darkdale Destroyer could not be reached for comment.
