New Free Champion Rotation (Season Two: Week 21)

A new week is upon us; not only does it mean that Hecarim will be joining the league officially, but it also means that a new week of free champions is upon us.  For this week, my picks are; Poppy, Teemo, Kog'Maw, and Morgana. 

Poppy and Teemo are the two Yordles I picked for this week, and I do enjoy using both of them. Teemo especially when he gets his fix in the upcoming patch. I mentioned both here because I tend to build them a little similar. I actually like doing hybrids for both of them considering that Poppy can do a lot of burst damage with AP and Teemo benefits from both builds and mixing him has given me some decent results.

Kog'Maw, now he is a royal pain when built right. Due to his skills his range is just insane with basic attacks, his ult can harass you from a distance, and he can just destroy your HP when you're unlucky enough to get in a fight with him. Thinking of running? Well, his slow will take care of that, and some well placed ult shots.

Last but not least, Morgana. She is a fun mage to play. Not only does she have decent HP but she can hold  a champion for the carry to take out, or stun a group of them in a team fight, putting the other team at a disadvantage. Oh, who could forget her spell shield which can save her or others from a hard hitting caster?

So, my picks aren't as much as they are in most weeks, since a lot of the champions from this round I don't own/don't play often enough. But what I am curious about is what you guys pick for this week and why? Also, what do you think of Hecarim? I already have the IP to buy him, but I am not too excited with his launch skins, so I will be skipping out on buying any of those.
