We need some map awareness, stat!

Or some common sense, that would be cool too. This is another growing issue I have been having with random teams lately, in League of Legends. People feel the need to call out the player that was low and didn't rush in to a team fight, or try to gank when the laning members are low on health. Either of these could be solved by just looking on the map or at least at the team members HP. Oh, and who can forget those that want to solo lane but can't? Those people are priceless as well.
This has been happening a lot more to me lately, which is why I felt the need the mention it. Let me give you a couple examples of this.
The first one was a few days ago, my friend and I ended up rolling with a random since our third was nowhere to be found for a few days, happens a lot, nothing new. On this occasion however, we got a Renekton who not only wanted to lane top, which we were cool with, but we found out later that he had a bit of an anger problem. See during about 5-10 minutes in the game he wanted to gank bottom lane, except he didn't notice that we were both low and tower hugging so we could take turns returning to base to heal/buy. So not looking at our position or health, he pinged and proceeded to charge in alone. Needless to say, he died. Not only that but after he died he started having a fit saying he "had no team" and thus refused to play at all after that. I kid you not, he sat in the pool and just let things get pushed as he cried about his tragic happenings, and one death.
The next one was yesterday, where we got a Rumble who wanted to solo lane as Vlad and Tryn(me)when bot, even when I did ask him if I could go top, he refused, so I said screw it and just stayed in the bot lane. We did fine bot and rumble even killed Fiora top, once. He then started having some issues and then said "fuck it" and just hovered bot lane. He proceeded to be a prick, demanding I go top, so my friend and I compromised. He got bot line, vlad got top lane, and I got jungle; Rumble died again. His fits continued a bit and we played a bit of who can ks or leave the prick to die game, and we still managed to win.
The last one was today, which had me playing by myself this time, so I rolled with two randoms. The first was blitz, who was actually pretty cool, the other was Vlad, who turned out to be a bit of a rager/insulted. Anytime anything happened he felt the need to insult all those around him. He would rush head on into a 3v1 gank, and then complain that I was half way across the map when it happened. He also insulted our blitz about not calling mia when he was disconnected, which I didn't entirely get, but thought he was trolling a that point since he said that they were friends, but then blitz said he had no clue who that person was.
I know I went a bit off on their behaviors as well as what they did, but the fact remains that this happens a lot. Especially in random matches in the level 30 brackets. Is it that hard to just check the situation before jumping into it? Or chill out before you get into a match and think your teammates are your way to went out?
