As some of you have read many times before, I am not a fan of random players in League of Legends. That is due to the fact that you usually get the worst of the community more often that not just due to dumb luck. If your whole team is made up of random people, your odds of getting that one prick just increases, or hey, you may get a whole team of them, who knows.
Today my friend Adam and I decided to do a couple matches for first win, our other friend who we usually play with is currently obsessed with that new DLC for Mount and Blade Warband, and seems to be clinically dead, as I never see him actually leave the game through Steam, so that means we were down a man. So we queued up and ended up with a Kennen player, I am fine with that, I actually like Kennen a lot. Things started out fine, we got first blood with nobody on our team dying, which is a good sign. After that I went top and Adam went bot with the Kennen, things didn't go sour yet.
While top lane I was vs. Riven who was actually the person we took out for first blood, since I had a one up on him, I harassed him quite a bit and denied him a lot in the lane. I harassed him enough to get him out of the lane, and allow me to go gank bot lane. It seems like Riven didn't call MIA as the guys bot continued to push and ended up both dying to me giving me three kills early on, which I am happy with. But after that things started to go sour. Seeing as things were going our way, Kennen decided to get brave, that ended up getting both of them killed, now repeat that two more times. After the third time of him going in recklessly and getting killed he just said "I'm done". That proceeded with those two fighting bot while I was trying to just keep leveling and progressing.
After the fight Kennen decided to stay in the game, only now to just keep feeding. He seemed to have moments of sanity shine through as when I was still killing the other team, he would try for a few seconds, then rush in to die again. At this point I was just using him as a lure to try to get people to dive into him so I could try to take them out. It worked for the most part, but with him feeding them so much, anything I tried was futile at the end. It got so apparent that he was feeding that the other team actually spoke up and offered to report them, which is also rare since you usually get the people who think it is "I get free kills day" and take total advantage of the situation....Well, I do that, but I still report those types of people by end game.
So by the end, as would be expected, we lost. We reported the Kennen and decided to try our luck anew. After we queued up again, guess who was our third? Yep, Kennen. That is when we logged off.
