Rohan WTF-ery

Category: Default Game: Default Posted on Jan 10, 2009 12:38 pm

So, I was loggin' on to ijji.com to get my Soldierfront fix, when I notice a sexy newcomer Called Rohan: Blood Feud or whatever. I decided I should give a try, since I already had an account...So I got to the download page, yes I wanna download it, miss. Yeah, that destination. And as the little box appears I go 0_0 holy livin' shit! 1,93 GB and ETA 3 hours?! *sighs* Ah well, since I gotta study some powerpoints for tomorrow's exam, I might as well do this...

4 hours later...Yey! It's finised! Let's try this sucker!...yeah right, another 30 mins and the install is co completed. So *finally* I log on, select a server and choose my avatar (an all badass all blue Dekhan) which, btw I chose cus, besides having a two-handed double tipped blade thingie can transform into a full fledged dragon...after a LOOOOOT of grinding, but meh...

So, I it's on. Loading screen, just a few more secs...and I'm here! A strange looking temple, 2 spheres that look like black holes and an elf (sucks that I couldn't kill him, but hey...elfacide can wait). After exploring the menus and equipping my blade (kinda looks like Zidane's weapon back from FF9) I do as the tutorial says, and teleport to a beach. I get there, I see a x-mas tree and a couple of gifts, that ain´t for me (damn it!) and I head to a biiig blue town. Wierd...noone is around...maybe I'm the only noob here...? After exploring the solitude of the place, I stroll around the beach, freaking out for not seeing another blue, black or asian creature (not even monsters) and OUT OF NOWHERE...BAM! KICKED FROM THE SERVER! I was like WTF????! so...instead of bashing my monitor, I logged on a couple of times more, and the server kindly kicked me out again and again and again...

So I ask you...how am I supposed not to hate a game that is being advertised as sweet and loving, looks hot but turns out to be a real bitch?

Try that other host. I didn't have any problems with that, don't remember the name though, but I have a lot of experiences with Ijji and bad connection.
