My sweet love.
How can I start to explain what I feel about you if I can’t ignore what the people think about how I feel? They say that I’m a boy that never grew up, that it’s just a silly illusion. Who gave them the right to decide what I feel?
I learned at an early age that love was being there for the person you love no matter what. You have been there for me when I was down, when I threw my hopes out the window and gave up on life. You picked me up and talked me through it; day after day you have been there for me.
More than just two desperate strangers that met on chat room, we collaborate inside the game and learn more about each other every day. I have learned to love you through every word, through every thought.
I can’t sleep if you didn’t login into the game as usual and you didn’t reply my messages. I worry about you more than you can ever imagine. Because I don’t know what I would do if something happened to you, who would I call? How would I help you?
Here I sit looking at the screen, typing away what I feel about you in the keyboard. I knew there was somewhere out there only for me, someone that I could trust, someone that I could laugh and cry with, someo

Since I joined MMOSite Game Blogs on November of last year there have been a lot of changes and updates on the MMOSite Space area. When I joined I honestly had no idea what it was for, I just thought it was just another networking toy. I wrote some posts mainly to vent some thoughts that had been lingering on my head. I got to make some friends really quick and I enjoyed checking my blogspace more often.
Something that I like a lot about MMOSite Game Blogs is that I found something that I was missing. I made some blogs in the popular networking sites, but just writing about life and random topics quickly bored me away. I have been on the MMOSite forums a bit, but I am not a fan of skipping over signatures that occupy half the screen and/or have distracting animations.
Here is some fan art that I made, because some of us play MMOs in 3D, well we need a 3D MMOSite!
It doesn't matter if you are new, or a veteran player; MMOSite has something for you. The MMOsite staff has done a great job a updating and moderating Game Blogs, if you are enjoying it as much as I am, invite a friend, or make your creative contribution by making some good material.
You have read it in the forums, you have read it in the reviews. There are jokes written about it, and there is even a South Park episodewith it in there. For a player new to online role playing games it is just too easy to be confused. Whatis it?The Game of course, remember that song that says "I started a joke...which started the whole world crying,But I didn't see that the joke was on me, oh no." That is in a nutshell what happens to the new MMO gamers.
Game Theory
When you play in single player role playing games, there is a structure that the game follows. It is a simple "pearl structure"for example:
You start in town HappyVille, then you get a message from the Arganon kingdom requesting you to save the princess Linda. Then you have the option to cruise around town, and do some quests and get some supplies until you actually step out of HappyVille.
When you step out of HappyVille then you enter a second "pearl"where the same, you will have several side quests to do before having some other cue for the next change in the plot which would progress the game story.
There are some variations to this, but this is the basic structure everyone
Areall those hours of intense grinding are causing your character to perform poorly?.Maybe your avatar is experiencing a mid-level crisis. It's time to visit your local shrink, and maybe he can give your avatar's mind a little tune up.
Some known illnesses:
Battlefield-phobia
Cause when your avatar's corpse was camped for over 2 hours.
MMOAlsheimer
You are positive that the item you want to sell to your buddy was on your inventory, then you check the warehouse and now it's gone!wait?where are you?who are all of these people calling you "guild mate"aaaaaaAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!
Rogue-o-phobia
Severe trauma caused by being constantly killed by invisible rogues. Symptoms are severe paranoia and fear of logging in.
2Creative Writing For Spammers
I don't like them, you don't like them. If we can't get rid of them, can't we at least put a little lipstick on them?
Is "CHEAP GOLD VISIT ________.com" like the gold selling industry standard or what the heck? If they are going to bore us to death with their darn bots, can't they at least program them with some nice catchy phrases?. I mean if your TV programming is as good as in my area, then you will soon realize that som
Recently there has been quite a few posts about the MMORPG industry coming to an end, and I think that there are more than one reasons for the industry to end... if it ever does. Let’s imagine for a moment that the MMORPG genre is a drug, one that is now showing its first side effects. The studies about the effects of this new drug are now coming out to the surface, and the result is a mixed combination between death, passion, and server maintenance. In the past year, the MMORPG News were very diverse. From online players marrying their raiding partner to younger ones killing each other over a virtual item, the News kept coming in one even more amazing than the other. And apparently even pornstars play online; you never know who you might run into.
Players
Players will contribute to the end of virtual days, by providing a new player hell for every newbie that logs in. By raising the prices of their stores and continuously attempting to scam other players they will successfully create an economy imbalance regardless of Game Master efforts to avoid this by modifying the drop rates. They will publish about their sour experiences about every single online game ever made, and o
Welcome to the second part of Surviving your First MMORPG, the first part was The Basics. If you haven't chosen your MMORPG yet, please read How to Choose a MMORPG.
Careers
Every game has their own career selection, they can be called careers or classes, maybe even jobs. This is a quick generalized guide and it doesn’t apply to every game out there. Here are some of the most common types:
Archer(Ranged)
It can use a bow or not, usually their defense is not very high, but they rely on high damage level to kill their mob before they mob reaches them. They work really well at dealing quick damage when they have as warrior to tank for them.
Mage/Enchanter
This type of character might use a book or a staff and like the archer has low defense but has very high damaging attacks. If you fight a mage, they are going to use several powers to stun you and even turn your character into an animal (It happened to me, and it was not cool-_- )
I think Elementalists would also fall in the mage category, they are called that because they use Fire, Ice, Water, and/or Earth based attacks.
Summoner
This players are similar to the mage class, they can cast spells as well; but, as their name describes, th
Today is the day, you have been hearing about MMORPG's from your friends, you have seen advertisements online, you have talked about it in the water cooler at work, and now you are ready.
Your fingers are sweaty, you have carefully chosen a MMORPG you would like to play, you closed the door so nobody can disturb your gameplay. You register your account and you get stuck choosing your password because you are too excited to think about a password. You are done, your account is made, and you close any other program that is running your computer. You shut the window, and close the blinds. You click the game launcher, and turn up the volume of the speakers, the credits begin on dark screens and tiny game developer intros. You are drooling and can't wait to start your epic adventure that you will remember for years to come.
The amazing computer generated introduction for the game is done, now you are not just drooling, you are at the edge of your seat, you eyes are wide open. You see the login screen, you type as fast as you can, so fast it gives you an error and you retype it again as fast as a lightning. You land at the server selection, PVP? PVE? Role Play Server? ummm whateve
For one MMORPG I would not mention by name it took me 15 minutes afterI have downloaded it to fabricate a self-made program to automatically kill monsters for 30 minutes, sit to heal, and finally start the cycle all over again. Why did I do it? Well I was bored to death with the game, and whenever I hear "Auto-Target" I hear: "Make a script and go eat dinner".
I have played games that have anti-hacking protection integrated in them, and it is just a delay, but never a definite end to hackers. GameGuard is one programs that some MMORPGs have to prevent hacking, yet whenever I'm playing Gunz, there is a speed hacker or a HP hacker in the room I go in. And if that wasn't enough, whenever I try to change the server I am in I get a:
" A Hacking attempt was detected, the program will now close"
What?! I was just changing servers!!
What is a Hacker
Contrary to popular consensus according to the Merriam-Webster dictionary a hacker is:
3 : an expert at programming and solving problems with a computer
4 : a person who illegally gains access to and sometimes tampers with information in a computer system
For me a hacker is a person that wants to know more about a syste
So it is the end of the year my girlfriend is very happy, and hence I'm happy. Based on the games I played this year I'm going to make a MMORPG blender to see what comes out.
What are my evil plans? Well I'm going to take what I liked from the MMO's I played and blend it and see what comes out.
Well since you are my guest, and I certainly could not have played every single game that came out in 2007, I invite you to collaborate,if you found a certain feature from a game you think we should add to the blender then feel free to pm me, leave a comment, or email to me. I will gladly add it and show what you found.
Character Customization:
This feature I will take from Perfect World, because you can model you character in a wide range of options, some of them are:
Skin color (Full color palettes)
Eye Color
Hair color
Eye shape
Body Shape
Nose Shape
And more facial customization…
Race
The Blood Elfs from World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade, what can I say, they look very stylish. Male elves look really regal and tough, hair styles are very cool. And the female elves are very sexy, they are not half naked as in most of the MMORPGs but I liked them the most.
