For anyone who has played Elf Online you've probably seen the "Hacking Prevention" window pop up. No one knows for sure what it does but its still there. To get past it (and not lose your current game session) is easy. Just click on the "odd man out" of the items. Yeah, I know, pretty simple answer to a stupid problem.
