Before Reading this is my honest onpinon

Nowadays i am starting to see alot more F2P mmo's. To me thats great and all that I dont have to play a monthly fee but seriousily I am kinda shocked to see the quality of the games. For example most F2P games show so many flaws in graphics, story and the overall quality of the game.

To me I stated to see that develoupers of mmo's are starting to get very...extremily lazy to the point they are thinking : "hey dude why work so hard its only free to play no one is really going to play for this". This is why I am annoyed by this because lots of mmo have problems in the fallowing things

1. Graphics

Frist of all I am not saying that everything in the game should be looking as good as gears of war but I do expect some things like:

Monsters should be diffrent than one another. Okay I understand that its hard work making concept art for all monsters but common I do excpect a level 8 wolf to look diffrent than a level 12 evil wolf. Common we have all have seen it. I also dont like the fact that thesse develoupers are not taking any risks. This might be good on business point of view but to me as independent game develouper I think it wrong to stay in the box. Staying in the box makes it harder for innovation to happen and stops the game from being noticed. Oh ya i almost for got that the character selection sucks for allot of f2p mmo's take on guild wars you can decide how tall are you what skin colour you and you hair. WHile most mmo's you must be a certain gender to be a certain class for example 2 moons i dont want to be a bald huge guy or lost chaos (so very bad) to be a barbairian you must be an middle age, drity white guy, seriuosily. Look this is how I see it.

This is a buy to play game. To i say its good enough i can spend 30 bucks on it and still be happy.

To conclude my rant I personally think that B2P and P2P games are better than F2P. Since you are going to play a F2P game for about 30 to 100 hours I say that is better than playing a B2P game like guild wars or others but if you have extra money I say try P2p games.

note: i also play some F2P games

OK I am going off on another Rant

You know that game called blade and soul, I know you do. I was looking at the comments and everyone is arguing wether its free 2 play or not. Look on how i see it.

How many games that look that nearily as this:

Dude & Dudet I want to say that mmo's that look this good needs alot time and money to make. So i ask you would you build a hotel  that has 600 rooms, great bathrooms and a indoor swimming pool just to let everyone use with out no fees. To tell you the truth not likely. The hardware requirements are going to be high so stop and think. Yes I am talking to all cheap kids who say that games like WoW sucks just cause you cant afford it.The reality is to play something like this you must get a decent graphics gard i mean something that can play crysis at 15-20 fps. those cards are going to set you back about 200 to 300 dollars anyway. also you can just turn the setting down then its still going to be fuzzy and will not run great. 

Since its NCsoft that made games like GW, city of heros and tablua rassa(going to get that) it safe to say that its P2P and you have 2 buy the disk due to large file size.
