yet we go round stabbing each other, without explanation!

yet ur so called friends, behind your back, calling u a fool!

Why you leave school at da age of thirteen?
look at ya mum, looks like she's gonna scream
Coz of da situation you put urself in!
Don't you wanna grow up, make real what was once a dream?
Damn, you're doing nothing, just making yourself a nuisense.
Why did you just give up, damn, this don't make sense!

Youths everywhere with nothing to do,
therefore, they're thinking, they got nothing to lose!

gonna mug some guy, coz he's got an Ipod,
Flash ur phones round da bus, hey look what i got!
whilst Living on a council estate, yeh it's hard.
Why leave school?
U could been outa this place between some paper and card!

Now they're running from the heat, getting blisters on their feet.
trying to figure which way to run, coz they can't tell now, what's right from wrong.
left, yes to crime, Right, no to crime.
Pick left, you're now in a 6X6 room, damn, look at da grime!

see, practice makes perfect, don't you ever forget!
Work a lil, and see what ya get!
Maybe a car, some bling, c'mon, y'know, anything!
You get what you deserve is what is said all over!
From one side of da world, to da cliffs of Dover!

We're all human,we all da same, we should all be one.
Not fighting over land, oil, or whatever else should be done!
Like, look at Iraq,Afghanistan & Zimbabwe!
we should all work together, resolve their problems, not just have it as our way!

Inflation, credit crunch, it's all about the green stuff.
yet, people in the world can't even have basics, they can't eat nothing much!
3rd world countries, getting poorer and poorer.
yet, we all laugh at things like that stupid film borat!
people don't understand west from east
Staying away from eachother as if both have some dumb desease!

if you think your life is hard, maybe watch the news
same old thing over n over, life lost here, life lost there, man, it's nothing new!
Rembember the germans, against all those jews? A crusade or just murder?
Kinda like today, Coalition in the middle-east, don't it make you wonder?

Like America today, thinking it's a big boy.
jesus, throwing all those soldiers in, as if they were toys!
is this another Vietnam, thinking they got it handled?
Rubbish! it's another thorn in their palm!

The U.N don't want anything to do with Africa.
Are they arrogant or lazy, or just afraid of ridding hunger?
Why would they pull out, do they think they did sumthing?
yeh, whatever, you just screwed it up, now all those ppl are whiling!
All those small black children crying.
Lost their parents through hunger or AIDS.
yet, we're all here, got charities sending AID.
Where's this money going, is it making a difference?
Should you or I send money, start now & never Hence?

I started this song, bout Things in London, capital city of the world!
now, im talking bout things, trying to bring ppl together, staying strong & make it hold
If none of you think any of this is worth something,
weren't you the one who left school at thirteen, now sittin' on da street doing nothing!?
Was that worth it to you, leaving your education?
man, shut up fool, next time, speak WITH hesitation.

What comes around goes around, The world ain't got left much land.
Try and find whatevers left in 50 years, it'll probably fit in da palm of my hand!
The waters are rising, kinda like stocks & shares.
yet it's our generation that's gotta deal with this stuff,we'll soon be pulling out our hair!
