5Street is another dance MMO released by Snail Game a while back. It was released in South East Asia before coming over to the US. Even then its not widely known and definitely not popular. I'm amazed that the US version is still in service because I rarely see anyone on it. Even before I start that, what the hell? There's 4 English versions of the game. The US, Singapore, Malaysia, and Philippines. Apparently they couldn't just do "English" or "SEA". They had to break down each one. No wonder they don't have any players on the US version. With each patch they also add in a bunch of nonsense, but the patches contain large amounts of content and huge changes to the overall game. When they update, they don't screw around.

Story:

Your player is recruited by some stalker agent who believes you have the skills as a street dancer/performer. That's it. No other story for the game.

Graphics:

The graphics of the game is fairly decent. Character customization is very present especially in the initial creation. The problem is after the initial, you can't change it any more. You better make it count. The backgrounds are very bland and simplistic for the most part. T

On a side note, I got accepted into the Dungeon and Figher Onine closed beta. Hopefully I will have time to play during their limited hours.

One of the things that I hate the most nowadays is how different game companies target demographics that they aren't exactly sure of themselves. They ignore what appeals to others in order to satisfy what they want. This trend is just growing and growing. It use to just be standard offline games, but its slowly expanding to online games and some of these game companies dare to say that they know you better than you know yourself. This proves wrong with their marketing results.

PS3:

The PS3 is probably the worst performing console of the generation so far. It lacked great launch titles like the other consoles for starters and since its release it wasn't performing as well.  However, it is still the Playstation. This means they expect a large of number of action/platformer games and RPGs specifically the Japanese RPGs such as Final Fantasy and Star Ocean. Instead of doing this, developers went to the Xbox 360 with their RPGs. Chances are if you bought a PS3 you bought it for things that were big on the PS2 such as Gran Turismo, Star Ocean, o

The Last Remnant was an RPG that was released for the Xbox 360 before being rereleased for the PC with all of the downloadable content included in the PC version. It also includes numerous bug fixes and minor adjustments to the game compared to the 360 version. Its a typical Japanese RPG so if you've played them before you kind of know what to expect. There aren't any significant twists that you didn't see coming except for the ones that don't explain anything.

Story:

Rush Sykes is looking for his sister Irina who was captured by a flying Remnant. You play as Rush on his mission to rescue his sister. Then the rest of it is filled with plot holes that don't make much sense. Characters are bestowed with titles that don't seem to make any sense at all.

Graphics:

On the PC, the graphics are definitely good. The only problem is that the game engine itself seems to have problems keeping up with the game. Otherwise its fine. Character models are fairly detailed, but the animations of characters during cutscenes could use some work. Rush is often in the background at the end of every cutscene making the same gesture but he seems to be the only person who does not make a sound when he doe
