Phantasy Star Online Blue Burst (PSOBB aka v4) for PC is the 4th release of Phantasy Star Online following the 2 Dreamcast versions (v1 and v2) and the Xbox and Gamecube versions (v3). This version contains a new Episode 4 that takes place after Episode 1 and 2 and has a series of story missions as well. Episode 3 was a card game exclusively for the Gamecube. Story: Pioneer 1 mysteriously vanished after a large explosion on the planet Ragol. As a Hunter on Pioneer 2, it is your duty to find out what happened and carry out requests through the Hunter's Guild. The story is divided into 4 episodes. The following is all I can make of the story. It's relatively unimportant and the story missions through the Principal Office (PSOBB only) are very pointless and make relatively little sense at all. Episode 1 – Find Red Ring Rico (RRR). Episode 2 – Find Flowen. Episode 3 – Pioneer 2 colonizes Ragol. I never played this version, but this is what it says. Episode 4 – Investigate meteor crash site. Graphics: The graphics are very dated, but there are noticeable changes from the old versions especially if you compare the Dreamcast versions and PSOBB. There are a select n |

NOTE: I would like to have spent more time on this review, but I didn't have much time for it. I might make changes to it later, but most likely not. I would like to make another review before the end of the year as I have been rather inactive as of late. Several key features are left out unmentioned such as the tutorial system or the hero arena.
9Dragons is an MMORPG designed by Indy21 and published by Acclaim for western audiences in the US and EU. It is infamous for being very grindy and having numerous issues including slow updates because of Indy21 and lack of update information. It has enough to make it stand out from the other eastern style MMOs and have spawned some copies such as Twelve Sky. Story: The history and prologue to the game is posted on the website. The story in game follows your character's rise in the world of kung fu by joining a clan and becoming a prominent member of your clan while trying to discover the whereabouts of your clan's dragon and their fate at the duel of the nine dragons. Most of these involve you running circles and running errands. Graphics: The graphics is probably the most impressive part of 9Dragons. There are limited choices in |

Shin Megami Tensei: Imagine Online is the first attempt to bring the Shin Megami Tensei series into an MMORPG. If you are a fan to the series you already know what to expect. It takes place in a post apocalyptic Japan and ties together some religious aspects into the story. Other than that it plays like a very violent and disturbing version of Pokemon. Story: Some crazy people decided to experiment with teleportation and ended up summoning demons into modern day Japan. Some war between humans and demons started and then Tokyo got flooded. Some guy became a hero and built some tower similar to the Tower of Babel that provoked the reawakening of chaos. The story picks up from there as you, a Demon Buster (DB) trainee, goes to Home II only to find it destroyed and your trainer gets attacked. You end up awakening in Home III under the person who is in charge of training Demon Busters along with your trainer's demon. Graphics: The graphics maintain the feel that the other Shin Megami Tensei games had on the Playstation 2. The graphics are pretty much the same, but there is a lot more variety in the clothing and weapons. The monsters are pretty much recycled from the previous games so if yo |
