STEPS

Step 1: Pray (Do this as much as possible)

Step 3: Sacrifice a lamb on the evening of the summer solstice

Step 4: Walk backwards on your hands down the hillside of an active volcano carrying abandoned orphans on your feet in six feet of snow
until you have a vision

Step 5: Pray more

Step 6: Say the Incantation of hope blindfolded in front of a mirror surrounded by eighth different candles that burn blue flames.

FINAL STEP: Ask Xiao for guidance as you attempt to refine your weapon

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! You now have a WD+9 weapon

3. refine when u have 0 BC
4. refine only when server status is at "pleasant"
5. refine standing on the left side of the Master refiner when facing her (<===this one is my favourite )
