| Well, apparently the Dragonica section of the forums isn't the only messed area that IAHGames has. I decided I would try out Granado Espada and did the Bit Torrent for the download(Every other way would result in a corrupted file EVERY time). Well, I have the 2 BIN files for the game but no freaking way to install. I have searched and searched their forums for a solution. Nothing. Not even a damn sticky. All the stickies they have are for the normal download.... I have seen several other posts of people having the same problem as me and guess what? No answers! If you want to play the game, go to the Gamers First SotNW not IAHGames. They deserve the money for the cash shop ALOT more. Way to fail again IAHGames. Stop just taking money and give support to your players..... |

| It has come to my attention from friends who have tried out Dragonica that the moderators for their forums are rather abusive, ecspecially to Americans. If someone voices a negative aspect of the community and/or game they will get banned. One friend went from being banned till the 31st of July to Never being unbanned. Why did this happen? They do not specify. An example of this here  If what I have heard and seen is true this could mean that those of us that are from the states could expect racism from their moderators if your opinion is against their own. More and more IAHGames is showing they need better moderators there and at least provide those banned with a reason why they are banned. Otherwise it is an abuse of power. Now, if anyone wishes to flame this please note, I know how to delete comments and blacklist people. Flaming is not allowed on my section, sorry. |

| Having played this game now for well over a year now, I have enjoyed many things about being in Paragon City or the Rogue Isles. First off, the character creation system is wonderful. The only time you really see two characters look alike is if either they are in a Super or Villain Group or the players did it purposely. A Taste Of Character Creation Once you create your costume you are not stuck with your look forever. At anytime if you have the Influence or Infamy to spend(the game's currency depending on which side one is on) you can visit a tailor. At levels 20, 30, 40 you can do a mission to open up additional costume slots so you can have various looks. Also the fifth and slot can be gained by using Halloween Salvage items and turning them in to the appropriate NPC. The archetypes of the game on both sides are: Hero Side Scrapper (Melee DPS) Tanker (Melee Meatshields) Blaster(Ranged DPS) Defenders (Healers, Buffers and Debuffers with a small bit of Ranged DPS underneath Blasters) Controllers (Crowd Control and various buffs and debuffs) Epic Archetypes - Warshade and Peacebringers, each Unlocked at level 50 hero side and are jacks-of-all-trades. | Well, I know that most companies like SOE, Mythic, EA, etc give updates to their players in emails though I have noticed some have been rather lacking in getting information out their players. Take IAHGames and their game Dragonica. The only way you get updated on anything is if you are one Kaye's loyal buttkissers. That's very wrong and makes me believe if this is how things are done it will only get worse. My advice to game companies is, "Inform your players! Email us!" Is that so wrong to ask? I for example have a life and won't check out a game's website daily ecspecially when I get news that it will be a week till something opens up. To alot of people they won't expect a game update between now and then and have no need to check the websites repeatedly till then. In IAHGames case, they have failed to properly inform their players and my mind won't change from that and no, I am not interested in hearing from Kaye's loyalists. |

| I will start this off by saying if you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all. Now, I know like 90% of you don't adhere to such notions. I see all these games with comments on them are completely unhelpful and uninformative. Things like "another WoW" or "another Maple Story" also get on my nerves. I wonder how many actually try out games before commenting on them. I bet it is way less than half. No one is "cool" for flaming. In fact, flaming in itself is practiced by people not good enough or intelligent enough to post something constructive. The posts that have a hundred smiley faces on them for no reason are also done by idiots. People, if you are interested in a game do not read the comments on this site, you WILL miss out on some great games if you do. Judge for yourself if you like a game or not. One more thing, I do hope the little troublemakers take offense to this but I have noticed the little jerks are at least smart enough to not respond to things like this because they would only prove me right about them. The truth being that trolls are a waste of space on the net and should lose their computers till they can act like a human |

| Well, from multiple friends and haven seen for myself now, I have to say I am surprised that the game even got out of Alpha. The stats do not work, like strength and constitution for example. If your weapon or armor says it gives bonuses to your stats it really doesn't. Also, making elite mobs scale to the level of the player so say I went into a dungeon that had level 20 elites and I was lvl 50 they programmed it to make the 20s hit as hard as 50s. I am surprised this game was released now. Once again Funcom drops the ball and tries to use the excuse, "We are trying to turn gold farmers away." Well, they are turning others away as well for having such a broken game. Well, I hope Warhammer Online will be as good as it looks. Gameplay over super high graphics that forces several of us to have to shell out money for a super computer. People should have taken it as a sign when they couldn't into beta with their pre-order codes. So much for Age of Conan. | ||

| By now we all know that several online games out there have been made into their own emulated server. EverQuest, Ragnarok Online and World of Warcraft being some of the common ones. For the small games that struggle to compete with the titan that is WoW it saddens me. I mean the ones who are forced to become free just so they can have players. Anyways, I am wishing to hear what people think of private servers, good or bad? | ||

| Well, tonight after trying for days on a cleric to get a group.... I realize EverQuest is doomed. I checked many servers and with their populations now-a-days they can't really tackle any good raids due to lack of people now. People never help out unless you are in their guild and getting a group at any level beneath 65 is a quest itself. It's true now...... EverQuest is dying and daily. I do not recommend joining the game. It's time has passed now, I realize that.... a bit late yes. If you are still interested in the world EQ is based in, I say go play EverQuest 2. You can actually do stuff there. Otherwise, I would look elsewhere. | ||

| Well, I have been away from CoX for a couple of months now, was rather bored playing my 50 and destroying Villains in Recluse's Victory. I was checking out things there on their website and saw that their next free expansion Issue 12 will have new powersets for villains. I thought that was cool until I saw they are introducing finally 2 Villain Epic Archtypes. It seems that now I have inspiration to get that 32 Dominator of mine to 50. Still, gonna wait till I read more about the new expansion. Just go to http://www.cityofheroes.com if you wish to read more about this issue coming up in the next few weeks. | ||

| Well, I was on my monk a few days ago when I out of the blue remember the account info for my old rez account for EverQuest. Sure enough, I still have a 56(now 57) High Elven cleric. Though while I was on her, I noticed I couldn't get into a group as easily as I did the last time I played. Then again there are 15 more levels in the game so I can see why no one wants my 57 high elven hiney. I have noticeed that they have changed the experience curve. The Alternate Advancement points no longer take the same time as a normal level to get. Instead my first AA was gained by killing 25 blue conned monsters. Indeed I was pleased to discover this. The 16th of this month is another patch and rumor has it that AA's will be even easier to get. I think why I still like EQ so much still is because I know it. I know it more than any other game I have ever played. Well, Final Fantasy 7 being the exception. Though I will admit, I am tempted to renew my subscription to City of Heroes/Villains now when their next free expansion comes out. New power sets for 90% of the Archtypes!
