Dream Game

     guys have u ever felt tired of playing similar types of game again again ?well i have so i have felt a change in the types of game i want to play.im about to study game designing in raffles college of arts and designing.and i had this weird dream last night abt a cool new game genre type and id like to call it  Real Time Evolution=RTE 

this might sound funny to u guys cause it probably did to me when i woke up i was laughing by thinking abt this dream.

so now getting to the main section of my dream game ill sort it out to u all

1.what may RTE games be?

 ans: well RTE game genre may be the genre which i may create in the future right now the possibility is 30% or any of the developers may cr8 by reading this blog  ,where u are constantly shaping the world as u and ur online friends want.that would include building cities,towns,villages,monuments etc and develpoing ur skill at the same time (just like in angel's online u increase ur armor or weapon forge skill)

2.how will this game work?

ans:well for this game to work u will need a handfull of active and willing people who will shape the world inside the server u r playing in.u will be provide information in the game on how to build ur economy and where to start by a GM who'll be online and active all day long.ull be provided with blue print of building and structure which u will create where ever u and ur friends want.(infact u can think that u and ur friends are creating a entire city or a entire game server)

3.well how will the classes be divided?

ans:there will be 3 main proffesion and many subproffesion

` main proffesion's will be as follows

Builder- the builder will be the creater of buildings and monuments every building in the game will be built by them. how will they build? they will build small buildings first and lvl their build skill and later they will get blue prints of better buildings inside the gift box given to new bie's

Explorers- explorers will be the eyesight of the entire game they will explore make maps for the community set map portals to teleport ,investigate monster lvl's , find resource locations.etc

Gatherer- gatherers will be the infrastructures they will gather resources for the community to help build the city.they need to collect wood,stones,copper,gold and even food.so infact they are the backbone for development

Now as the main classes have been sorted out as i saw in my dream the sub proffessions will be chosen  by individual players on what they want to be like a warrior who defend his city or merchant who craft items and sell them mages who excel in magical combat rangers who set scout posts to investigate enemy movements.

well this is what i dreamt of hope u guys like it

its kind of rpg+strategy+morphing+community based game genere

well at beggining of the game u may feel a bit confused cause when u enter the game and pop up in a desert place where there are no buildings and  only people who are online and joined to play the game.

then a GM will descend from nowhere like from heaven and help u with  choosing proffesion. [i picked avatars of god for GM cause most of us beleive  gods were creators.^.^][note: most of the npc's will be replaced by GM's for maximum effeciency and support]

Advantages of this genre of game

1. you need to interact with ur online friends on how to lay out the city and survive cause if u dont the guys from other server will attack u or u can form alliance with them.hehehe

2.you will never be bored during the game cause the game will reveal itself bit by bit so that it will be interesting to play and will need heavy amount of community effort

3.u will be written in the pages of  history book inside the game for titles such as creator of the city,greatest explorer,the life of the people etc..etc

4.there will be a community forum for the game which will be hyper active  and also a chat system will be provided so that u can disscus before what u build or layout in the city.

and the game will continiously go on cause ur not just building one city ur building the entire the server and when the server will be full dont worry well be making new expansion and add maps so the game is end less and exicting.heheheh

well thats that i hope u like my ideas and hope a good developer will peek into this and make it happen if not dont worry ill make it happen in 7-8 years hehehe.
