To rescue the upcoming Starcraft2's off-line lan play, a petition was up online and has got a lot of players to sign, hopelessly Blizzard still said no. How about now? The petition has already hit more than 100,000, Will it really mean something to greedy Blizzard? I doubt that.

Over 100,000 people have now signed a petition to get Blizzard to include LAN support in StarCraft II. The company confirmed in June that offline network play wouldn’t make the sequel’s final cut.

StarCraft II was recently pushed back into 2010. quotes from VG247

Since the company decided to put no lan-play in SC2, it has made clear that they know there would be complaint. Well that was definitely a big risk, I shall be glad if it turns to a epic fail.

Deng, a student under 16 years old who just graduated from a junior middle school this year, was pronounced dead at 3:00 a.m. on August 2 at a hospital located in Nanning, China. Several so called “tutors” were just the killers who beat the boy to death. In the afternoon on August 1, Deng was sent to a youngster growth counseling center in Nanning. At that night, Deng was placed in confinement by his tutor and was pronounced dead at 3:00 a.m. the next day. According to the medical record, Deng was at his last gasp when reaching the said hospital. His blood pressure and pulse even couldn’t be checked at that time. It is learnt that more than 100 children are still experiencing the same “tutoring and training courses” in the center mentioned above. Deng’s parents signed an agreement with the center with an effective period lasting from August 1, 2009 to September 1, 2009, and gave the center RMB 7,000 as payment. The tutoring and training courses provided in a 24-hour closed-management manner are said to “help children become self-confident & self-reliant, and help them get rid of bad habits developed during the growth proc

Nintendo: Banned in the USA

Nudity, Nazis and all the bloody good stuff Nintendo of America didn't want you to see

et’s point fingers! Ever wonder why games are still treated like a child’s medium? Well, part of that responsibility rests on the shoulders of Nintendo of America and the censorship it exhibited during the dominant period of the NES, Game Boy and SNES.

From the medium’s inception, Japan seemed to have no qualms in dealing with themes no heavier than those found in movies and TV, such violence and sexuality. However, NoA maintained strict rules and took great efforts stateside to keep games sterile and sanitized, as if intended for airings on Saturday mornings. Plenty of developers have come forward to bitch since the Big N vacated the throne, but we’ve taken that one step further and gathered visual evidence of all the naughtiness Nintendo of America never wanted you to see.

The scheduled exhibition matches of Starcraft 2 for ChinaJoy 2009 on July 23rd would have become the first starcraft 2 open event around the world, predating the ones to be held in South Korea on July 24th, featuring the much-anticipated face-off between Moon and Nada.

However, at the moment when all Chinese fans were cheering the upcoming opportunity to get a closer look at the masterpiece by Blizzard, there came a sad news, saying, Starcraft 2 was banned by authorities from being exhibited on this year’s ChinaJoy.

Again, Blizzard failed when facing Chinese goverment.

The detailed cause of ban remains unkown. Up till now, Two accounts were given unofficially by online media.

The former said that The State Bureau Of Culture called a halt to Starcraft 2 on ChinaJoy, for “Starcraft 2 is much too bloody, which will severely effect the mental as well as physical health of adolescents”.

The latter is in a more institutional tone, saying, according to the lastest regulation released on July 1st,2009, “Any activity related to foreign games, including their showing, demostrating, trading and marketing promotion, shall also abide by the censorship laws aming at impo

Michael Jackson's Moonwalker
Quotes from Destructoid.com

The King of pop, Michael Jackson has gone for weeks, as gamers we have already read branch of articles recalling him in the gaming world, well now I'm sure some of you is starting to get fed of this if I told you, a completely fresh Michael Jackson video game has been under development for months in the memory of the world's first real Splicer.

Just after Jackson's death, rumors about a brand new videogame had started to occur. According to MCV, those rumors are actually true, and the title has been in development for several months. The relatively smooth criminal is said to have recorded speech for the game, which is being made by his own production company, MJJ Productions.

It's allegedly scheduled for a Christmas 2009 release and is due to appear on "home consoles." It will also feature a range of famous hits from the late singer. In the meantime, you can check out all the latest developments about MJ on CNN, which should just be renamed the "Michael Jackson's Death Rape Channel" and feature anchors actually digging up and shagging his corpse, which is basically what they've done fo

We have known Blizzard just confirmed that there will be no LAN (local area networking) game mode in StarCraft 2. This was confirmed in a interview with Rob Pardo, senior VP of game design at Blizzard Entertainment. However, After the confirmation, fans and loyal Blizzard customers are angered and felt they were betrayed, they started a petition.

If you also feel disappointed about it, you can join the petition here

And the following is the best petition, lol. Originally from Gossipgamers

Here is a brilliant idea on how to get Blizzards attention and time for them to take the fans a little more seriously. Blizzard’s official response to the dilemma wasn’t what fans wanted to hear and continues to think the best way to counter piracy is by cutting off lan.

Silly Blizzard, you have yet to ever disappoint us but since Activision is behind the scenes, I’m not sure if I feel the same passion as I’ve once had. Blizzard is sure to be upsetting a lot of their fans, World of Warcraft subscriptions may take a little dip unless they can come up with a ingenious idea to support lan while fighting piracy.

As illustrate by th

LMFAOROFLOOOOOOL <-----------my first reaction when I read the title.

But what the hell happened...

A Russian woman got so upset by the news that her boyfriend intended to leave her that she tied several firecrackers to his penis and exploded them, the Life.ru web-site reports.

The 33-year-old victim, identified as Alik D. had lived with the woman whose name was reported as Kira V. for about two years, but when the girlfriend started suggesting that they should marry, the man refused and said that he would rather return to his first wife with whom he had a son.

When Alik started moving out Kira suggested that they had a farewell dinner. After a hearty meal and some heavy drinking Alik fell asleep. The girlfriend tied several firecrackers to Alik’s penis and exploded them. The man was rushed to intensive care and doctors are reported to be fighting for his life.

Even if the man survives the girl will face up to 12 years imprisonment.

What a ttragedy, I'm sorry for this guy, that must be very painful..
And..BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU TRY TO BREAK WITH YOUR GIRLFRIEND!
