This article is originally posted on Brighthub, by WilliamUsher.
For every gamer out there that loves hardcore console games but wishes that there were more MMO-type games for consoles, here is a list of MMOs that fit that profile and should be on game consoles.
When Console Games And MMOs Join Hand-In-handThere are always a lot of MMOs out there for gamers to play, whether they are casual or hardcore. Some of those games, though, seem like they may have been designed for a broader audience…perhaps, a console audience? Well, this is a list of MMO games that should be on game consoles but aren’t. And just so you all know, All Points Bulletin by Realtime Worlds is not on this list because it’s already planned for release on the PS3 and Xbox 360 after the team sorts out the PC version and fix post-release bugs. So, with that out of the way, let’s get to the Top 5 MMOs that should be on game consoles starting from least-likely to most-likely.

People who love the Wall-E movie, HANDS UP! Finally, images and video of the real life version of the WALL-E robot from the Pixar/Disney summer animated feature in action. This photo and video was taken on an excursion in Los Angeles. WALL-E is going to be huge as even this version is too cute.
See the video on Vimeo! (or below the cut) Almost 20,000 people have already seen the video. That’s cool. Btw, this is the version that is supposed to eventually make it’s way to schools, children’s hospitals and theme parks. |

Live-Action Mario Passed Away At 76Category: Default Posted on 2009-10-15 01:24:49 Add to Bookmark |

Wrestling manager Captain Lou, Cyndi Lauper's fake dad, and Mario in The Super Mario Bros. Super Show!, Lou Albano passed away today at the age of 76.
Wrestling fans know him as the WWE Hall of Famer who managed more than 50 wrestlers in his day, with more than two dozen championships won by athletes taken under his wing. 80's music fans might remember him from his appearances in many Cyndi Lauper music videos, including "Girls Just Want To Have Fun", "She Bop", "Time After Time" and "The Goonies 'R' Good Enough." As gamers, we of course remember him as the best live-action Mario of all time. That's not saying much when your chief competition is Bob Hoskins, but at least he was Italian. The Super Mario Bros. Super Show! might have only run a grand total of 52 episodes, but that was more than enough to cement Captain Lou's place in gaming history.
Mr. Albano suffered from a heart attack in 2005 and has been in failing health ever since. He was at home with his family under hospice care when he passed away. Via Breaking News: WWE Hall Of Famer Passes Away [Kotaku] |
