those are only rates, there are only around 20 million people in australia compared to america's 300 million, America would probably have the MOST rape accidents.

For example:

America

300,000,000 ÷ 100,000(Since rates are in per 100,000) = 3,000

3000 X 32.05 = 96,150

Australia

20,000,000 ÷ 100,000 = 200

200 X 77.79 = 15,558

As you can see, the amounts of rate in Australia is relatively low compared to United states, it would probably show similar results for Canada.

Has anyone considered the fact that japan's VAST array of pornography/hentai is the reason for its low sexual crime rate?  I'm just playing devil's advocate here but seriously think about it.  We ban everything in existence here in America, but our rates are terrible!  Japan is so open about it that I believe all the offenders are in their basement jacking off, rather than preying on little children.  In japan's case, the fantasy ends up better than the reality, leaving no room for women that aren't digitally rendered.
