im a big LOTR fan too! i got the extended edition of on dvd fellowship as soon as it came out and the box is still in near mint condition, and not one of the disks had a scratch last time i checked. sadly i still havent gotten my hands on the other 2 movies. *dreams of the day i can finaly sit down and watch all 3 extended editions in one big 12 hour marothon on a big screen hd tv with full surround sound*
