here is an interesting article from www.onlinemassivelymultiplayer.com

"We have written frequently about the Age of Conan massively multiplayer online role playing game. Interest in the game has been on the decline and Funcom recently layed off 20% of their Staff.

That is why we were a little bit surprised to see that MMORPG.com named Age of Conan the most improved game of 2009. Really? I wonder why? Maybe it is because AoC is a sponsor and you can see a huge flash movie ad on the page. Maybe the editorial staff should try to be a little bit more upfront about their disclosure. Check out the screenshot:

To date, EA subsidiary DICE has been synonymous with the Battlefield series of military first-person shooters. This holiday season, the studio is branching out with the release of Mirror's Edge, a first-person action-adventure game that casts players as an acrobatic courier leaping across rooftops in the employ of a contraband messenger service.

Today EA and DICE announced an exact release date for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 editions of the game, saying they would ship out November 11. A PC version of the game is also in development, but it won't be released until "later this winter," according to the publisher.

Gamers interested in seeing how the Mirror's Edge first-person perspective works in practice will soon be able to check out a downloadable demo from the Xbox Live Marketplace and PlayStation Store. The demo will include a tutorial, a taste of the single-player story mode, and for those who obtain a code by preordering the game, a time trial mode.
