Here is my breakdown for PvP:
Since you can have 8 Buffs, I usually have the following:
GM HS (caster buff)
GM AGI (caster buff)
GM SPD (caster buff0
GM Wild Rage (tier 1 melee buff)
GM Accuracy (tier 1 melee buff)
Howl (commando buff)
Beasteye (Berzerker buff)
I usually leave the last buff slot open depeding on what I need.
If I'm fighting multiple ACC with shields, i throw on GM Shield Rupture.
If I need to AOE a big mob of players, I throw on GM Bull's Eye.
as for attacks, I cycle through them all depending on the situation. As a Berzerker, I get an extra attack (double crash).

Basic are all single 3 combo attacks, the only significant differnace is the required weapons do the attacks. (all do about 1.5x damage) I recomend shining cut it has the best selection.
Expert
Death blow- aoe around yourself does about 2-2.5 x your regular hits
Death hack- same 3 combo attack as basic skills (does more damamge about 2-2.5x)
Power Cleave- frontial arc aoe attack, will hit mobs around your target in a sweeping line for about 2-2.5x base attack
Elite
Tornado- Aoe around yourself significantly longer casting time than Death blow does 2.5-3x normal damage
Pressure bomb- will hit your target and mobs behind it in a V shape (2.5-3x) damage
Hysteria- single target hit for 2.5-3x
for aoeing you really only have 2 main aoes Death blow and Tornado.
For pvp my recomendation is to use Pressure bomb and Power cleave. the main reason for using these over the other skills hysteria and death hack is the casting time.. hysteria and death hack may do slightly more damage, however they will force you to do the animation for a much longer time span thus increasing the time of your attack chain.
When it comes down to killing people in pvp fast burst dps is the main way to go.
