If you reborn to ninja you'd get skills, but none of the reborn skills from ninja -> have been released as of now, wait til around Dec 25th to find out

And the talisman quest can't been done fast. The snake spawns about ever 10-15 minutes, and many people are hounding it constantly so its pretty tough.
