Acute Sight: Increases target's aiming ability

It increases the accuracy stat of the target.
Hell Bless: Removes target's ability to regenerate HP
- Dark Elite

- lvl bonus=increased duration, increased damage
Hell Bless actually does not do anything like it's description implies. It acts as a debuff that causes the target to lose HP, FP, and SP gradually for the duration of the buff. It and the Accretian Punisher's Rage Slice(which cannot be leveled) are the only DOTs in the game. Rage Slice remains rather pointless, since it will never out-damage potion use, but as Hell Bless lvls up it does more damage over the same period of time. It can keep up with 3k pot/charger use at lvl 7 (GM).
Efficiency: Decreases the target's FP cost for casting skills/force

This spell decreases the FP cost of spells and skills cast by the target.

Blaze Pearl: Attacks the target with raining fire balls

The even more damaging equivalent to Prism Beam. This one effects only the target and does not draw agro on surrounding mobs. It can miss and be dodged.
Solar Blade: Area effect explosion using fire blades
- Fire Elite
- cost 225 FP
- target Monster or another race (adjacent)
- cooldown 18 seconds
- lvl bonus=increased damage
The even more damaging equivalent to Pentacle. Casting this spell will make you run up to stand adjacent to your target, it will then fire and will effect all mobs or enemy races adjacent to you. It is a circle area of effect with you at the center.
Blazing Lance: Area effect using a fire lance
- Fire Elite

- cooldown 18 seconds

The even more damaging equivalent to FireBall. For twice the FP of Blaze Pearl you get a spell that does 50% more damage. It also has an AOE extending in a cone behind the target. Since it is an AOE it cannot be dodged and never misses.
Meteor: Area effect meteor attack

The even more damaging equivalent to Flash Beam. This is your traditional AOE attack spell. It hits the target and all surrounding mobs and other races. It can't be dodged and never misses. It will draw agro from any mob that isn't currently attacking someone else.

Wave Rage: Attacks the target with multiple ice balls

Like Fire's Prism Beam, this one effects only the target and does not draw agro on surrounding mobs. It can miss and be dodged.
Frost Nova: Area effect attack using ice clusters

You were expecting another Fireball-type spell, weren't you? Not this time. Now water get's a tier 3 equivalent to Pentacle. Casting this spell will make you run up to stand adjacent to your target, it will then fire and will effect all mobs or enemy races adjacent to you. Confuse: Decreases the target's critical and dodge abilities

This debuff decreases the critical, dodge,
and accuracy stats of the target. It will help against those rangers and strikers that can't be touched by anything. Unfortunately, you have to hit them first. It can miss and be dodged. You can only lvl this debuff by casting it on a player from another race, it cannot target a monster.
Sloth: Reduces the target's attack speed
- Water Elite

- lvl bonus=increased duration, larger attack speed penalty
This is the only debuff that can decreases attack speed of a target via close or ranged attacks. It can miss and be dodged, and does not affect force casting speed. You can only lvl this debuff by casting it on a player from another race, it cannot target a monster.

Venom Breath: Attacks the target with a blast of poison

Like Fire's Prism Beam, this one effects only the target and does not draw agro on surrounding mobs. It can miss and be dodged.
Sand Storm: Strikes the target with a powerful sand storm
- Earth Elite

- cooldown 12 seconds
- lvl bonus=increased damage
Tier 3 mixes it up again by giving you a Fire Ball style attack instead of a traditional AOE. For twice the FP of Venom Breath you get a spell that does 50% more damage. It also has an AOE extending in a cone behind the target. Since it is an AOE it cannot be dodged and never misses.
Entangle: Removes the target's ability to use skill attacks

The target can still use default attacks, just not attack skills. It can miss and be dodged. You can only lvl this debuff by casting it on a player from another race, it cannot target a monster. Useful against non-casters, since they cannot purge it off.
Tranquility: Removes the target's ability to use force attacks

Hitting a spellcaster with this leaves them with no other options to deal damage, until they purge it. It can miss and be dodged. It does not affect the dodge, shield block, attack, or spell casting ability of the target. You can only lvl this debuff by casting it on a player from another race, it cannot target a monster. Only useful against Bellato, as Accretians cannot use Force.

Lightning Chain: Area effect attack using multiple lightning bolts

Yet again tier3 mixes this slot up by giving you a traditional AOE attack for wind. Like Flash Beam, this is your traditional AOE attack spell. It hits the target and all surrounding mobs and other races. It can't be dodged and never misses. It will draw agro from any mob that isn't currently attacking someone else.
Skill Revoker: Removes target's active skill buffs
- Wind Elite

- lvl bonus=None
A grandaddy of annoyances to the enemy. This removes all skill buffs the target currently has. Though not an AOE, it still will not miss and cannot be dodged. It is supposed to only work on same or lower lvl buffs(like revealer), but this is broken and it works on all lvl buffs.
Force Revoker: Removes target's active force buffs

Equally annoying to the enemy as Skill Revoker. This does the same thing, but removes force buffs instead. Though not an AOE, it still will not miss and cannot be dodged. It is supposed to only work on same or lower lvl buffs(like revealer), but this is broken and it works on all lvl buffs. Only useful against Bellato, since Accretians don't use force.
