Well Jazz, I'm only going for the essentials of a main system here... costs for stuff like speakers, mice, keyboards,monitors or routers are not factored in! I'm also making these choices based on the assumption that you probably won't be getting into more advanced stuff like OC'ing or SLI/Crossfire. An acquaintance once demanded of me that I write a behemoth 5,000 word essay, recounting the events of my Thanksgiving weekend. I politely declined, as my fingers were already dead from the constant, violent, grating of raw skin against cold, abrasive steel that is involved in immaculate, passionate guitar playing. While that was one task down, I unfortunately; was already was working on a massive electronic journal entry telling of just my Thanksgiving Day. In fact, it was already at a thousand words for Thanksgiving Day alone. A day later, it being Monday morning, and not having much better things to do, I decided to take a look at the stuff I had already written. I took one look at it and knew instantaneously… “Wow, this shit sucks.” What I had written was a massive-in-detail-pro-analysis-play-by-play of everything I did.
