Requiem: Bloodymare Korea Version Update

Gravity announced new update of Requiem: Bloodymare on Nov 19th.
The available levle rised to 71. Also made a massive skills modify. Some immune skills, disarm skills are removed.
And players can get their class weapons from the NPC.
