This review came form the site rinkya their food testers taste new foods made by Japan. The reactions are really hilarious so can now and try to be a food tester. :)

The summer limited Edition of Pepsi Shiso came out on Japan and the trusty Rinkya staff obliged to a taste test and review it!! Shiso is a common herb used in Japan- on salads, sashimi and even on pizza!

In the beginning, there was some excitement:

     Really excited to taste the new flavor the Pepsi made.

You can see to them how eager they are to taste it!

Then some perplexity & curiosity as the sense of taste travels to the brain:

   Err... the color is nice...

   Yes.... the color is.... nice....

Apologies to Pepsi Japan, but the final analysis led to their staff rebelling:

Their comments regarding the taste:
"If you are in a dessert maybe it would be good because you have nothing to drink"
"Medicine taste, but makes you feel worse"
"Taste like a leaf, oishikunai (doesn't taste good")

Shiso IS a leaf, so it seems like Pepsi succeeded there!
