An Sanrio Co. employee shows Hello Kitty products targeted at young men at the company's headquarters in Tokyo Friday, Dec. 28, 2007.

The cuddly white cat, usually seen on toys and jewelry for young females, will soon adorn T-shirts, bags, watches and other products targeting young men, company spokesman Kazuo Tohmatsu said Friday. The feline for-men products will go on sale in Japan next month, and will be sold soon in the U.S. and other Asian nations, according to Sanrio.

As a hello kitty fan,  I'm so happy towards this news. If some boys have these Tshrit, he will more handsome in my eyes. haha.

Three New Volumes Of Smash Hit Series To Be Published Each Month Beginning In September To Catch Up To Japanese Release Schedule

Newtype magazine will finally confirm that Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion's new television series will premiere in Japan in the spring of 2008. It announced in March that a sequel was in the works for the military robot anime project.

I have heard Code Geass would be shown  in this Oct, however, the Gundam 00 also released in Oct.  Should Sunrise release two same type animes in one time? Of course not, the Gundam 00 has released but Code Geass hasn't. It delay to next year.

In the December issue of Newtype magazine reveals the characters and the new VF-25 variable fighter design that will appear in Macross F (Frontier), next year's television sequel to the Macross franchise.

"Frontiers of Macross", a 25th anniversary program special will broadcast this winter with a retrospective on the previous Macross project and clips from the new series.

The story of Macross F takes place in 2070s (three decades after the last major sequels, Macross Plus and Macross 7) aboard the 11th Macross Frontier super-long-distance colonization fleet with 10 million citizens. Ranka Lee (newcomer Megumi Nakajima, pictured above) is heading to the concert of Macross Frontier's top Galaxy Network idol, Sheryl Nome, when she encounters a pilot trainee named Alto Saotome — and when a mysterious enemy attacks the fleet. The story will also feature Ranka's older brother, the veteran pilot Ozma Lee, and the U.N. Forces' latest main variable fighter, the VF-25.

Macross creator Shoji Kawamori of Studio Nue will collaborate with the animation studio Satelight (Macross Zero, Noein) and music composer Yoko Kanno (Macross Plus, Cowboy Bebop) for the series.

Team, of course means a group of people working together, especially for a common purpose.

But now, i mean a new explanation of the word "Team".

T: target. E: educate. A: ability, M: morale

Target: First, everyone in the team has the same target. The leader of the team should give a definite target to members. Take Internet industry for example, leader have to tell the team members what will be gain after financing and listing.

Educate: If we want to enhance the ability of the whole team, we should give training to every member. Learning is a continuous process. When the team is grinding to a standstill, educate first, then reflect on successes and failures.

Ability: Ability, I mean we need to know how to work independently  and also have to know how to cooperate with members. If we fail in work , don't forget to learn your lesson;  if we success, don't forget to share your experience to members. Remember that we are a team, personal progress is important, but the success of team should be paramount.
