Online games consist of many, many, and I mean MANY different kinds of players all across the entire Universe!!!! Okay, I overreacted there a bit, but you know what I mean. When we play massive multiplayer online games, our main goal is usually to level up and be the strongest of them all. But between those two, we like to have...FRIENDS who understands you, listens to you, makes you laugh and just plain AWESOME!

The Party Leader

These guys loves to party and I don't mean just in games...but in RL too (if you don't know what RL stand for, it means REAL LIFE). They like to invite everyone into their party no matter what level you are, unless your jerks. If you befriend one, they will always have a spot for you and if the party is full they will probably kick another player out of the party just for you. (How kind of them)

The Random Players

They are shy at first, but will suddenly burst out like an explosion. Random players are...well random, but their randomness is what makes them a good player. They bring life to when you play and tell random stuff like, the weather outside, and their pain that they just recently experienced, or maybe what kind of cookie they like. For example, there was guy that started an argument about pies and which ones were the best. (And this was when the chat was pretty much dead) and then suddenly people started coming out of nowhere and joined it. That was most random thing I heard that day.

The Singer

Okay, Singers are those players that like to sing. Sometimes you see them singing love songs or hip-hop songs, as for me...I like to sing love songs that suddenly pops into my head.(XD) I really like singers cause they are kind players with a good sense of humor. An example of a singer is when I was playing an mmorpg and someone started singing “What is love? Baby don’t hurt me, don’t hurt me…No more”. Lol.

The Shy but Skilled Player

The Shy but skilled players main focus is to be the best but also they don't want to be jerks unless they have to. They are the ones that probably started playing the game when it was first released. They don't trash-talk you because; well they are shy and good at heart. They are very rare since most of them have probably quit the game and moved on to another. Also, they will help you if you’re stuck on a boss quest or simply by giving you some extra money.

The Power leveler

The power levelers are high levels that get bored very easily so they power level you for the heck of it. They like to joke around and have fun; they even tease you by trying getting a high level monster to attack you. But, don’t take advantage of them by asking to be power leveled every time he/she is online because they will get annoyed and never talk to you anymore!

The Serious Gamer

Well sometimes they are rude, sometimes they aren’t. These are the players that read every forum in the game’s website. They know a lot of things about the game and secrets and probably have every class in the game at level 30. It nice to have a serious gamer as a friend since they can answer pretty much every question related to the game. They are pretty much GMs just without the authority to ban people.

I kind of rushed this…but it looks alright.

 P.S

Its summer everyone so get out there and play! ^_^

I wouldn't classify power levelers and serious gamers, as good players. Power levelers may seem kind to power level other low level players, but in fact most of them are "hired" power levelers who provide the service for a charge, or are guild members who have nothing to do but power level their friends. These power levelers look like they are doing a good deed and so it causes stubborn noob players to develop an impression that they should be power leveled as well (complacency). Serious gamers do no good either. They often grind so seriously that they forget about everything else, like their friends and work. They are also rude when they reply to other players who are considered as "unimportant and only a hindrance". Serious gamers are also the main cause of botting and farming activities in the game because they generate demand for ingame currency to buy themselves uber gear (which are uber expensive) in order to declare to everyone else that they are "unbeatable"

My personal favourite are the party leaders, especially in dungeon parties, because they are able to lead and command the party towards achieving common goals and also for the sake of their survival.
