Certain Affinity has released a new batch of screenshots for their upcoming action RPG title, Crimson Alliance. These images show off the game's detailed dungeon environments, the various creeps you'll encounter, as well as two of the three classes that you will be available to control as you battle against a sinister cult.

Crimson Alliance is set to be released over XBLA this September. In the meantime, check out the screenshots below.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Yeah...THIS guy.

This guy has been getting a lot of flak ever since his long-awaited title (and this game, most assuredly, boasts one of the longest development timetables in video game history) finally hit the shelves. "Mixed reviews" is an understatement when it comes to critic and player impressions of Duke Nukem Forever -- reviews have been all over the spectrum. Recently I had the chance to play through the Xbox 360 port of this game -- the Duke Nukem Forever port deemed the worst of the three -- and I have to say that I don't think it's quite as bad as people say...but Gearbox Software stitched together a gruesome monster from many pieces of mediocrity to create a creature not much more than the sum of its parts on a gameplay level.

When it was released in May, The Witcher 2 recieved tons of praise for its story and gameplay, as well as its share of criticisms for the challenging difficulty. Hell, the game even served as a special gift to President Obama during his trip to Poland. Now, Atari has announced today that the blockbuster title will be seeing a Xbox 360 port around Q4 of this year.

The 360 version will recieve numerous changes as it journeys from the PC realm to consoles. Details are said to trickle out in the coming months before release. John Mamais, Executive Producer for developer CDProjekt RED, assures gamers that the game will be "a full adaptation to the new platform, not just a straight port."

With the release of the newest model of the Xbox 360 (the 250gb slim – black), comes with it a new way to harness your game play. With Microsoft’s newly developed Kinect controller, you become the controller. 

Kinect is a hybrid video camera and motion sensor that sits above or below your television display. It looks like an extended webcam that connects to your Xbox 360 (and yes it is compatible with the older models) 

You're hands and body movements become what the system uses to control the on screen avatars, icons, and controls, etc.

 

So, what are the thoughts on this? 

I made a tribute to the PS2 because it was so darn good =). Now I have gotten a new console which ended up being the xbox 360.

I won't lie to you that it was so hard to choose and if it were up to me I would have gotten all 3 consoles D= (but I am not rich so 1 console is my only option)

So the reasons I got the xbox 360 was because:

- Most of my friends have it so I could mooch some games

- Was cheaper than everything else. $199 (Canadian) for xbox 360 with a Lost Planet Skin, 60 gig HD with Fable II and Left 4 Dead

- Each console had games I liked so it was a tough choice. I think it was the Bayonetta demo I played instore that sold me

 

Also to everyone who read "My Tribute to PS2: Goodbye Beautiful" Thanks =P. I didn't expect a little emotional small talk to get a mmosite recommendation, but I am surprized and thrilled it did =P (even though it had nothing to do with mmo's hahaha XD)

If you're an Xbox 360 owner, then you've heard of its amazing failure rates, and there's a very good chance that you, yourself, have experienced the "Red Ring(s) of Death" at least once (I've experienced them twice within a year). What you may not know is that the common red ring error (three lights: hardware malfunction) is caused by the system's heat sink failing, causing the system to overheat severely. What you may also not know is that the 360 is notorious for other problems than just the red rings -- things Microsoft WON'T cover. Have you ever played Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles? Well if so I believe you will enjoy this new varation of this game. Basically it is another new game for the xbox 360 that you can download from the arcade for around $10. Its quite simple of a game. You add different units to the map in specific places and they will auto attack the monsters on the main road. Plus you must not let any monsters through or they destroy your set amount of crystals, either by one or more hits. That all depends on the monster that has gotten through to the crystal area. Of course that sounds to easy at first thought or glimspe of the first battle but honestly it is no joke when wave 10 and up come rolling around the corner. You are given Solider, Mage, Archer, White Monk, TimeMage, and Theif. They all play very strong roles in this game you just have to choose when to put them on the map and know their effects. If you are looking for a fun strategic game, with some pretty challenging gameplay. Then this is for you! Check out Crystal Defenders for the xbox360 and try to keep those crystals from being destroyed.

 

 I am not gonna rant about this... Mabey I will! I am not a fanboy for the 360 or ps3.

I know just by the user reveiws from IGN that this reviewer will get in so spam for flame boyz. why do ppl do this? Killzone seems like a good game like commmon. they had 3 extra years to work on it it was supposed to a lauch tittle but got held back also sony gave them experimental ps3's so they can make a good game. Why can some ppl get that? they can and should be good games on all platforms.

 So if you are a fanboy or you just hate either console for what ever reason or you are shocked by this video. Mabey you want to say some thing. You can  say something. I want to hear what you think about this. 

Well I got my 360 a month ago and it never got any problems like my previous one. It DIED from this disease called.. The Ring of Death I think its called.. Red Ring? Idk... But I know it had these rings on it. So I just tossed it out the window and bought a new one. This time I bought an Intercooler for it. So It survived for the past month. Nothing yet, It is making this ugly sound. Not from the intercooler though, Its from the system itself. It must of tipped over when one of family went on it. But idk maybe its a little to cold from being in the basement and using a intercooler at the same time. So yepp.. Its all cool.. OHH and this black sticky stuff is all over my 360 when I taken off my 360 skin for it. It was from this company called "REDBEARD" So I do not recommend getting a skin from this company! So I ended up with a messy and junked and dirty Xbox 360.
