The line between reality and the virtual world is getting thinner and thinner as technology advances. Since the dawn of video gaming, gamers everywhere dreamed of a virtual world that would completely immerse you in it, where you could interact with it on an entirely different level than when you normally play.

So, can VR MMORPGs work? Of course they can, it would be expensive and hard to pull off, but with enough work, and money, it could be done. Players would use combinations of head-mounted displays and various audio and input devices to achieve maximum immersion in a vast and beautiful MMORPG setting. Just imagine looking through some sort of virtual reality device, and seeing an enormous fantasy or sci-fi setting right in front of you, with its flora and fauna on the virtual landsc

Everyone knows that Fruit Ninja game where you slash away at fruit with various blades, right?

Something akin to that has arrived for the HTC Vive. Candy Smash VR is its name, and it's what you would expect from a candy smashing VR game. From the trailer, it actually looks quite enjoyable, even though its a blatant rip off of Fruit Ninja. The candies look mostly like some fruits from Fruit Ninja, but I guess the color palettes are responsible for that. The stick or bat with which you hit the candy feels like a sword, as you seem to cut the candy instead of breaking it apart.

"Satisfy your hacking and slashing needs in colorful and mushy candy world. Experience the most fun you can have with VR and HTC Vive controllers smashing stuff!"

The music in the trailer also reminds me of that N

VR is getting more and more emphasized with all the new game releases. But also, the games alone are getting more fluid and easier to play. Waltz of the Wizard is one of those games! If you ever wanted to know how it feels like to have magical powers, in this game you can.

The virtual reality is really stepping up with this one, the colors are amazing and the texture is outstanding. You can almost feel everything that surrounds you. At first sight, we remembered Harry Potter, and we thought that once all the fans see this, they'll run into the stores to get VR equipment just to play this game.

Let's talk a little about the actual gameplay. The player is placed into a room with various magical ingredients and a large magical cauldron, with the little help from our ancient spirit which res

Dome City - A Beautiful VR Project by Overon Station

Overon Station is planning to bring an extraordinary experience. As the developer's Kickstarter project indicates, an epic sci-fi themed game is heading our way, Dome City.

The story-driven, multiplayer VR adventure game has recently been posted on Kickstarter, and we believe that it deserves far more attention than it has received so far. Just by looking at the project's trailer, you can already see that Dome City is a title that should have been thought of long ago. The whole atmosphere of the game feels so realistic and logical even if it is fictional and well in the future.

Dome City attempts to convey a situation in which you are stuck in an abandoned city on Mars and your main task is to survive. The game's story is claimed to be non-linear which means that your personal choi

Do Players Take Mobile MMORPGs Seriously?

MMORPGs for mobile devices have been around for a while now but are players actually taking them seriously?

Mobile MMORPGs are a bit awkward to me, because unless you play them on a tab, it is not that easy to enjoy them on a small screen. There are tons of mobile MMORPGs that are played by millions, but I keep wondering whether they are taken as seriously as complex PC and console MMORPGs. Of course, there are various methods to play mobile games on your PC, which extends possibilities but can they offer similarly large content that could entertain players all day?

Some mobile games have tons of irritating limitations that force players to either invest money or wait a few hours for actions to be recharged. This is a huge factor that makes me take mobile MMO games far less seriously. I’ve
