Scarlet Blade: A pleasant surprise
I have been playing Scarlet Blade, and I got to admit: IT IS AWESOME!
I feel really terrible now, because I gave my friends who play Scarlet Blade a hard time: They said it was good and I refused to believe them and then one night a group of us partied up and decided to give it a go and it was actually quite good.
Now, I did the same as you, and probably the same as many others: I saw the homepage, cringed, and moved on. Aeriagames is relying heavily on it being a “mature game”, I disagree: Why would you attempt to ruin a great game with a gender lock and a lack of clothing?
I didn’t get to review all the features that the game has to offer, I got told by my friends that all the good content comes after level 20. (Levelcap during this beta is level 29). If that’s true, I’ll definitely play it more, because I’m already impressed by the game. So let’s talk about the game!
Scarlet Blade offers 6 classes: Defender, Medic, Punisher, Sentinel,

Arctic Combat: Ammunition's Review During The Open Beta Season!
By: Ammunition in Arctic Combatposted at 11:07 pm Dec 12,2012Tags: arctic combat Ammunition mmo FPS MMOFPS Review

So after a couple days after the open beta release of Arctic Combat, I have been playing it for days now. Thanks to MMOSITE, I have finally stepped up and played this game. The game is still new on the market but if I was to compare this game to any game on the market, the game that comes close would be Alliance Valiant Arms (AVA). Although AVA was released a few years back, Arctic Combat is one of the newest and best potential game that I have played this year. In terms of a real MMOFPS, I would say this game best represents what I truly want to see in a shooter. I know there may be a lot of players looking for a Call of Duty kind of game and this game might be best suited because of its action pack, quick oriented gameplay. With a tournament and a couple mon

GW2 – New Update: This is Halloween…

GW2 – New Update: This is Halloween…
Guild Wars 2 has just sent out it’s biggest patch since launch; the Halloween patch. While it isn’t all for Halloween content a large amount of the changes are very festive in honour of an old human, the mad king. Now Tyria is under the shadow of the mad king, but it’s Halloween!
Before I get on to my thoughts of how this update has been handled, how festive it feels and if it’s even fun at all, let’s talk changes.
For about a week Tyria will be under the shadow of the Mad King which is a 4 act story/dynamic event that you can take part in. Each act lasts about 3 days or so you won’t get left behind but what else have we got?
Black Lion chests have been changed so they actually contain something rare and useful, weapon and shoulder pad skins which are all Halloween themed, from the “Greatsaw” which is a greatsword shaped like a chain saw to the Deathly Bull Shoulder pads. All of these skins look amazing and their price is already sky high let a

Recently games such as Ghost Recon Online, District 187, Arctic Combat and now Born To Fire has open there servers for players. Each game with unique aspects to it, Born To Fire is certainly leaning towards the unique side of the FPS world. From the site that has just bought AVA, Aeriagames now has a new FPS MMO on the market.
Behind the story, as sometime in the future the United States and Russia have become enraged in an all out war against eachother. With no mercy present, the war will be never ending as only the toughest will stand. Get ready to fight because when two sides fight, someone has to die.

Tera CBT Review - Save your money

Tera has two things going for it: The graphics and the combat (At least while it feels new). That's it. This game is not worthy of a $50 purchase or a $15 subscription fee. If you don't believe me and haven't played it, then I suggest you shove.... Yourself into your car and pre-order the game, which will give you access to the remaining closed beta test weekends. Better yet, scour the web for sites still giving out closed beta keys. There will be a 3 day open beta starting 4/19/12 also. You will find it to be much like Aion or many other Korean games, save for the fact that it is an "Action MMO" and you have to aim your shots. After you start to quest a bit, the combat begins to feel repetitive.
A synopsis of what you will experience from the beginning of the game would b

Atlantica Online Mercenary Review: Swordsman
By: Zanpakutou in Atlantica Onlineposted at 8:35 am Jun 16,2011 - 3

Since Raenemeiko reviewed the Witch, I was wondering when she would get around to the rest. From the looks of it though, it isn't going to happen. I will begin to review the mercenaries in order of introduction (Swordsman, Spearman, Archer, Gunner are the first). The rest will be reviewed according to the level at which they can be obtained. The exception to this is Carmille (Vampire) and Christine (Sheriff). I will review them when I get to the level 100+ mercenaries. The stats I will use as the basis for comparison will be the level 130 stats.
The Swordsman is one of the four D grade mercenaries in Atlantica Online. They have very high defense and hp. They have high str, but their swords do not provide a high damage boost. However, swords boost vitality and magic levels

Captain Anjel's Log - by David "AnjelusX" Slauenwhite
December 26, 1494
While in my mind, adventuring is my main calling, like any loyal and passionate citizen of my nation, I do my part by partaking in the Maritime activities of my country. Pirates are everywhere on the open seas, along coastal waters and vibrant throughout the world. Travelling even for an experienced captain can be perilous for one never knows when they might strike and being prepared to protect yourself and your cargo is a requirement for any salty dog wishing to ply the oceans of the world.
The first and foremost skill I found to be useful to me was learning the art of Gunnery. Knowing and using one’s cannons in a capable and effective manner can be the meaning between survival and getting sunk and pillaged. I learned

Kabod Online Review

A short Introduction
Kabod Online is a new +18 MMO, that shows, as you might guess, nude parts or let us say some x-rated stuff. Kabod Online comes with some simple and common game mechanics, like some Enchantments, PK -System, Backpacks, etc..But there are also some new parts, like the "Armor Destroy System" that shows damaged armor after a lot of fights, showing some scratches of monsters or shredded clothes.
And also the PK System ist different to other games. They call it "Crime System" so you can steal other Player's Items and rob them or even kill them while traveling across the world. But you'll get punished for stealing and killing other people, so be warned ;). The Enchantment-system works with so called "Magic Pattern Cards" that you can fi

Mana Khemia 2: Fall of Alchemy Review
By: Zanpakutou in defaultposted at 8:12 pm Sep 03,2009 - 0
I didn't manage to get far enough in Aion before I got bored of it so no review of it from me. I just gave up on it. Instead I started playing Mana Khemia 2 for the PS2 and since I haven't done any reviews in a while I decided to do this one because its at least a game I'm interested in.
Story:
Many years (10-15 at least) have passed since the first Mana Khemia. Alchemy is in decline and the school Al-Revis has converted into a traditional school rather than stay as an elite school of alchemists. Tony and Flay from the first game have become teachers of alchemy in the school. The story itself is divided into 3 parts the first 2 can be played in either order through Raze (not his full name) and Ulrika (I might have mispelled this one). Only after completing the first 2 is the 3rd one available. The first 2 show opposite sides of events occuring at about the same time and the 3rd part is more or less the conclusion where everyone comes together.

Monato Esprit Review !

(lol well my first attempt to write a review so dont be harsh 0.0)
hi people
Well recently i was looking for a new mmo to play after a serious mistake of letting asda story steal my life (castle of chess my ass <.<) and i stumbled across monato esprit .This game has never really had any major hype or fanbase so there was no real reason to try it out ....... BUT it loooooks sooo cute it reminds me of one ff9 for the psx or the final fantasys for the DS ,so i gave it a shot xD
GamePlay
its rather basic but thats never really been a bad thing i guess it suits it: Exploration in this game is more like a console rpg from the 90s with super deformed avatars and detailed evironments . It has standardish character customization and six varied classes to pick from; Hwarang (fighter),Templar (knight),Mage (duh),cleric (also duh),Harlequin (theif) and Sheriff (hunter). So your unlikey to find some wierdo trying to pose as you (if you do its probably just me so dont worry xD).Your unlikely to be bored in this game with a large amount of rare loot to obtain and loads of the classic hunting and delivary quest to keep you occupied, also this game has IQs (instant dungeo
