It seems that Guild Wars is quite the festive MMO this Halloween. The guild EOA is now sponsoring an event they're calling "Mad Queen Malafide's Halloween Give Away", and it's apparently quite the extravaganza. The Mad Queen (and her little army of elves) has a lengthy history in Guild Wars, as she's regularly giving away gifts, wreaking havoc, and otherwise upsetting the apple cart. Of course, everyone loves it.

Yes, the Queen is quite a lovely lass.

If that's not enough Halloween fun for you, don't forget to meet with the other mad monarch of Guild Wars, Mad King Thorn. In addition, feel free to mix it up a bit in the Costume Brawl.
