I would like to know people's opinoins on the Mac And Pc(a.k.a Microsoft)and which one they like better and why. Dont just tell me how much you hate one of them. Do more of a Pro and Cons type of thing. Personally ill never use a Mac. They tend to make me mad and i just cant use it. so here's what i think
My Opinoin:
Macs: They have a beatiful monitor and design, but its what on the inside that counts. Its for the simple users, those who just want to check there email or search up recipe, mabey play a few computer and flash games now and then. Good for people who just want to write up there reports for school and talk on some blogs and fourms.
Great for families
Pc: 100 times more complicated the a Mac, and thats why i love it. If your planning on making some hardcore powerpoint prenstations or desining some website's or games, a Pc is what u want. If ur a gamer, then get a Pc

EVE Going Online For Linux and Mac

No game has recreated the vast loneliness of outer space better than CCP Game's EVE Online. Now, thanks to a partnership with TransGaming Inc., the universe is about to get a lot less lonely as Mac and Linux users will be able to log in and shoot mining lasers at floating rocks endlessly by the end of this year. TransGaming is a company that specializes in portability products that allow for games to be ported across multiple platforms without having to redevelop.
"We're pleased to extend our relationship with TransGaming, as the company's expertise allows us to deliver the most innovative MMOG to more platforms," said Halldor Fannar, CTO of CCP Games. "By integrating TransGaming's excellent technology, we are able to keep our laser-focus on evolving EVE Online, while simultaneously expanding the EVE universe to even more players."
While Linux users can already play EVE using Cedega, the game will now be released the Windows to Linux converter built in. The Mac version will utilize the Cider portability engine. I just hope this doesn't ultimately result in less rocks for me to shoot at.

Blizzard Adds In-Game Video Capturing for Mac WoW

While many game developers don't throw a lot of love in the direction of Mac users, Blizzard isn't one of them. In fact, they declare their love for Apple users in many ways. The release their games on CDs that'll run both the Mac and PC version of the game (since Diablo II: Lord of Destruction), have Mac-specific patch notes and bug fixes, and built-in iTunes support. Now, in the upcoming patch for World of Warcraft, 2.2.0, they've added in-game video-capturing utility for Macs.
Here's what the official patch notes state:
Mac Movie Capture: the Mac client can now capture in-game video to QuickTime movie files using a configurable choice of codec (H.264, Motion JPEG, or Pixlet), resolution, and frame rate. Two new entries have been added to the Key Bindings dialog for start/stop recording and for cancellation of a recording. For more detailed configuration options please see the Mac Options panel in game. Mac OS X 10.4.9 and QuickTime 7.1.6 or better are required. Not all machines have enough performance to smoothly capture video at high frame rates; end user experimentation will be required to find appropriate settings for each system.
What does this mean? Well, if you're running WOW
