well i have been playing it for some time now.

my character has been rebirthed about 4 or 5 times

and im really getting the hang of the battle system.

its a really fun game once you get used to it

and you can do many things and custumize

your stuff to a color you want which is really cool.

It is often claimed that playing video games is an anti social hobby. This label may be true for most videos games but I feel it does not apply to MMORPGs. Socializing with other players is one of the key aspects of any MMORPG worth its salt. Even more importantly, the kind of people you talk to in a game may be different than the kind you socialize with in real life. I’ve been playing MMOs for years and some of my fondness memories are my discussions with the type of people I would never of had the opportunity to talk with in real life. Take for example a newly wed German couple I met in Ultima Online or the Chinese woman I chatted with for an hour while I grinded (she wanted to use my PayPal account to sell gold, she couldn’t set one up in China…)

Developers have finally caught on to how important the socializing aspect is in these online games. For years features such as guilds, private messages, and in-game mail were included but recently new MMORPGs are springing up that place a greater emphasis on socialization. Below I shall discuss some that come to mind.

Elegant Gothic Dress

Elegant Gothic Dress is only available since G7 I think, so it's pity that north american friends cannot get this dress in game so far. In Chinese server this clothing is VERY popular, so the price is so expensive that you can't get it if you dont have more than five millions in-game money.

So here's my great story about an adventure gone wrong in the game Mabinogi.

NOTE for Non-gamers: Rezzed = Ressurected or revived, basically reviving a character who has died on the spot using an item or skill. By doing this there is usually minimal EXP loss and the player doesn't have to revive in a town that could be far away from the spot he or she died.

So I start off my Mabinogi day like any other. Getting a part-time job shearing sheep for some extra gold and EXP. That night I make friends with a fellow low lvl at a campfire some1 started. We decide that we're going to go to the nearby city of Dunbarton when the moongate opens the next night. Ok so we go... have a great time, start to head back, darkness falls, we start a campfire, then things go wrong. In this order:

1. I see a Colossal bear nearby and decide I'm gonna see if I can kill it, so I give my buddy phoenix feathers to rez me in case I die.

2. I die... alot... I'm down to one more feather and I die right b4 I kill the bear... I tell my friend I'm gonna be gone for about 10 minutes to eat dinner and tell him to rez me when I get back.

Hello, I've been working on my Mabinogi comic for a while, I finally finished it. I know it looks amateurish but hopefully I will get better at it with time.

Alright, don't get me wrong, Ceo is not the Chief Executive Officer, it's one of the bloodcurdling hell in Mabinogi, especially to those who don't handle a clever, expedient way of controlling battle skills. How to make a living and get survival in Ceo Island? Well I hope this guide could help.

First of all, get familiar with the terrain
Ceo Island is a remote islet southwest of Emain Macha, in there golems dominate everything. Don't you know what is the golem? Check the information in Mabinogi Vault. There are lots of good stuff in Ceo, such as rare herbs, pure color sheilds and armors.

I still remember the days when I stayed in Ceo and hunt the golems, Obviously it was very hard to Kill ten without a death. But after hunting more and more, there was a simple way that I figured out to keep myself alive for a long time. OK, cut it to short








Preparation

Primary Weapon: Mace and one-hand axe are recommended, besides a sheild is necessary. (don't ask me why not two handed weapons or two-handed sword, you will be clear in the following explaination.)
Secondary Weapon: Bow of course.( dont forget to buy some arrows)
Armor: To face the golem's awful damage, the better way to keep your character

It’s a bit hard for me to write an exact mabinogi guide with lots of information, because of some certain glossaries which I could not write in English, however, these will be all clear when the English version comes out. Days ago I had finished the Mabinogi National Geographic series, I hope it can be helpful to newbies though the series seems a bit rough, lol…

As you see, this screenshot contains most of control information, but in fact, there would be a little difficult for newbies to control when starting a fight with monsters, however, battle system is one of features of Mabinogi, I’m sure once you master how to fight, you will like it. We will talk about the battle system later.

Basic controls and shotcuts










Well, I strongly recommend newbie to remember these shotcuts while playing in game. It will be helpful and convenient to control your character when you get used of them.
