Hey peeps, some of you already know that SWTOR is finally F2P... Well, in theory the game is F2P, unfortunately the F2P component is not exactly what I call ideal. Is very limited and you cant play effectively as a F2P player.

There is a few good things in the new model, its free to try it out and you can get extra stuff with real money, if you really like the game. You can buy the things you need and get away with it, if you do have the money to expend in a short burst... (Credit Cards are wonderful sometimes!!!).

The bad thing is that your F2P experience is going to be very restricted unless you put some real money into the game, its kinda strange that after all the failures and mishaps in SWTOR, the developers want to force people into giving them money, its a bit more pleasing if you are persuaded into giving them a few bucks from time to time...

I am serious, the game is forcing you to put some money into it, otherwise you wont be able to do the most basic things like using al

Yes, ladies and gentlemen,

It's been quite some time since I last posted an article upon this very fine website! Currently I'm going through the promotion process of my job, which is quite long, but well, it's looking good, this doesn't mean I haven't had a great deal of time to play the Old Republic of course!

What have I been up to? Well PvPing mostly, with the odd flashpoint thrown in for good measure. You'll be pleased, or uninterested to know that I've finally gotten full War Hero armour, and I'm getting a lot more out of my class, there are various inbalances in the classes, but Shadow Infiltration is what I'll be sticking to!

So... Ranked Warzones... Plenty of personal issues with this, getting stuck with incapable team members, for which you are scared to confront because they are useless, and you don't want to upset the rest of the team by doing so! I had one instance where some scottish fella was interrupting the leaders target calls, and I just told him to...

SWTOR goes F2P!!!! Or at least that is what Bioware told us like a week ago, The game was released by the end of December 2011 and in less than a year the game is going to take the F2P route, also known as Freemium. I dont know what u guys think but it looks like we can start calling SWTOR the 'The biggest flop of the decade'.

I remember when DCUO was launched, everyone was hyping the game and hoping for a bright future, unfortunately the issues took over and in less than a year the game took the same F2P (Freemium) route... It looks like SWTOR is going to be the next high budget AAA mmo that needs to take the Freebie approach because the population is low...

We all know that the game had and still have some game breaking issues.

Electronic Arts (EA to the rest of us) jumped on the "It Gets Better" Campaign to oppose the Defense of Marriage Act, also known as DOMA. The act, while stricken as unconstitutional, still tries to wiggle its way by opposing marriage between same-sex couples. It holds tight, and defends outright bigotry, with the written words that states only a man and a woman can be married.

Several other companies, including Pixar and Google, have made similar campaign videos that have involved themselves in the "It Gets Better" bandwagon. I am not kidding, the Executive Producer, some guy by the name of Vogel or something like that was kicked in the butt. According to some online sources, EA can no longer keep some high ranking employees because their main mmo title is not doing well, I dont really blame EA, if the game is not doing well, they cant pay their salaries, so it is time to get rid of them... Even if they dont!!!! I will run away if I know that my employer wont be able to pay me...

I know the company is doing something by the name of "Restructuring". EA is going to let your friends play the game for free, but!!! They wont be able to move forward after level 15. I know that such system is not exactly F2P...
