Lost Saga is the latest RPG published by OGPlanet.  They operate specifically in North America so if you're anywhere else, chances are you won't be able to play this. Fortunately, you're not missing out on much. Lost Saga is based around room matches where players just fight each other. That is all. There's so little to do that I can't even write a full blown review of it.

Story:

N/A

Graphics:

Graphics are fairly poor. They look almost exactly like characters from Grand Chase. If you don't know what it looks like, imagine cel shaded disproportionate characters with minimal detail. Skill effects are poor. Character customization is very limited as well. There is very little customization if any. All the stages seem to also have similar layouts with just skin changes.

Gameplay:

The game starts off as a crappy tutorial. All you get is an "Assassin" class character that lasts for like 10 hours. All you have is a shop and matches to set up with other players. There are a few other characters available but you have to buy them in the game's store. These are Soldier, Iron Knight, and Mage. That is all. There is almost no customization. There are a few co

TOP 5 : Guess who's this guy? Yes youre right patterned to the lips face of a famous filipino model turned actor Victor Basa. Even though i made the nose a little bit small and the hair is too messy it really looks like him. Anyway i don't intentionally made my character to look like him, I just realized that he looks like him.

Dungeon fighter: Open beta state of the game and review

You're probably wondering why I would write anything about a game that's in beta, so I'll preempt all of those comments by first stating that the cash shop is out now and you keep your characters.

Ok with that said the game is a GREAT game, I definitely recommend playing it (It's Free to play!). Then afterwards you should post your complaints on the Nexon forums once you get to the terrible parts, which I'll talk about later. About the greatness... It's a 2d fighter like Final Fight or Guilty Gear Isuka's GG boost mode. There are classes and 2nd job classes and an advance class and each class plays differently and uses different weapons and skills. It's just like a beat em up except you can play with 4 other people in PvE and up to 8 other people in PvP. You can do your moves like in fighting games by entering your directional inputs and then your special key like for Hadoken or whatever the move requires or you can just use a shortcut button. Oh yes, you can play with a joypad or any other controller as long as you reset the hotkeys to your joypad. I personally use a PS2 pad and it is as responsive as a console game. To enter PvE you need to walk to a c

Gamer Compares WOW to New Girlfriend

A study conducted by Singapore’s National Institute of Education reveals that its youth rack up an average of 27 hours a week playing videogames.

The group has polled over 3,000 students during the course of the three-year study, which The Straits Times reports is still ongoing. Lui Tuck Yew, acting Minister for Information, Communications and the Arts was reportedly “quite surprised and a little bit shocked” at the number of hours spent gaming.

Lawrence Lee, a 16-year old World of Warcraft player, called four hours of gaming a day “nothing,” and compared the game to fledgling love:

It is the novelty, like getting a new girlfriend. You want to spend every minute with her.

Singapore has formed an inter-ministry committee to address “cyber-wellness” issues. Read the entire scanned article at the Education Soon blog. Via Gamepolitics

Sex and Mature, Adult Content in MMOs

Games have traditionally been a relatively sex free scene but that is all changing with the recent explosion in explicit MMOs. You can engage in various kinky acts and indulge your most secret fantasies online with lots of like minded strangers. Would you like to know more?

Sex Sells
Sex is a full time obsession for many people. It is used to sell everything from cars to chocolate bars. It is an instinctual urge which drives us and it permeates almost every facet of human existence. There are more searches on the web related to pornography than anything else. Chatrooms and webcams have enabled cyber sex to develop into a multi-million dollar business. Entertainment is awash with sexual images and the world of MMO gaming is no exception. This article delves into the seedy underbelly of virtual sex in MMOs.

Sex and Games
Video games in general have always pandered to male fantasies largely because development teams are overwhelmingly male and audiences have traditionally been mostly male too. Female characters clad in metallic armoured bras and panties with bare midriffs are the product of male artists. They are completely daft in practical terms but the design is all about the vi

Don't be in a rush to eat your words

For a while many people have been wondering as to why it is Anime based MMO's seem to take forever to get to us, us meaing NA or even global. Despite the most obvious answer which would be: They are produced there so they will go there first. I will say that we as an anime loving community(myself included and all those who enjoy anime, others are not included in said statement) should not be in such a hurry to get to these games. The reason behind this is that I believe we should allow the companies to take their time to develope them so when they do reach us they will not be  complete trash, or generally something we just don't like. At the same time, taking too long is also a huge risk factor in the community no longer wanting to play the game as well. So it's a give and take battle here.

Another possible reason why we would be ever so inclined to eat our words is the famed "Hype". Truth be told anime lovers do this with almost every anime they watch, or game they play.

Hype: The build up of something/someone over a period of time due to an extreme foresight of how good that person/thing is going to be regardless of how much knowledge on

Text: In the September edition of the Age of Conan Producers letter Craig 'Silirrion' Morrison, Game Director, explains the Veteran System that Funcom will be introducing shortly.

Veteran Points and how you earn them
Players will be awarded new veteran points for each month that they have paid for (whether it is through subscription or game-cards). Each month that a player pays for will accrue a certain number of points, with the number of points awarded each month growing after each six-month period they have subscribed for. In addition there is a bonus amount awarded at each six month interval. These numbers are still subject to possible change over the next couple of weeks as the system gets put through it paces on the test server.
- Month 1 to 5 – 6 points awarded per month
- Month 6-11 – 8 points awarded per month
- Month 12-17 - 10 points awarded per month
- Month 18-23 - 12 points awarded per month
- etc...

Very interesting but it doesn't really get juicy until we get to the items

My Discontinued Journey to Immortality: A not so Review about Zhu Xian

Now let’s grab some pop corn and heed my bittersweet story regarding my discontinued search for immortality. I admit as a Wu Xia fan boy I enjoyed the game despite of the “personal reasons” that will surely prevent me in playing this. Upon opening my eyes in the tranquil surroundings of Heyang City a welcoming committee embraced me in the form of duel request. Yes a level 70+ player is asking for a duel to a newly created character of course I declined and it triggers that dueler to call me “weak”. It’s like doh? I’m weak but you’re weaker? Try to duel someone with the same level as you moron! It makes me remember the MMOSITE article “What made a community and the people who destroys them”.

The main purpose of your journey is to follow the story behind the mysteries, rabu rabu and sect betrayal that revolves around Zhang Xiao Fan, Bi Yao and Lu Xueqi. Solely based on the novel. There is even a point in your quest wherein you need to act as a prince charming to awake or resurrect a Cinderella. Too much stuff to read despite of the straight from babel landia translation. I enjoyed it.

I am amazed on how the thing called

Managing your Life and Gaming

Author's note: I'd like to say that I'm partially guilty of the issues I'm addressing in this text, and this is part of an effort to change myself and my habits that could also help other people.

There is a time in our lives that we think that we don't have time to anything, and I won't deny, taking school as serious activity, accomplishing your responsibilities and everything is nearly equivalent to having a full time job: you go to school, watch your classes, take work to be done in your home, have to study, and show the results to your teacher (that could be called your boss). We may think that there isn’t way we could do all the things we have to do but our parents say: "You have lots of free time..."

Guess what? They're right, younger people might not notice this but once you get to work or go to college for a full time study (or even, if you study and work in part-time job) you have to dedicate yourself much more than you did before, and things get a little hectic.

You may find yourself often neglecting your fun because you had an assignment or because you're "too tired to do anything", and here is the point when you stop dedic
