So I gave Kritika a go for three hours last night. I didn't expect much. Thought the game would be boring and repetitive due to being outdated and a 'choose your hero' type of game. To my surprise, the game was pretty fun. At first, everything feels a bit too easy.. killing bosses in one combo and clearing dungeons in around a minute or two. So, I decided to up the difficulty to INSANE hoping it would be more of a challenge. Nope..
However, once I got about 2 hours into the game, brought a party and then ran the missions on INSANE the challenge revealed itself.
The combat is amazing, the graphics are outdated but it's expected since the game is older and anime themed. I'm sure the dungeons/missions will become extremely repetitive once it becomes a farming for gear simulator but early on it has been pretty enjoyable.
This first impressions video is an actual first impression. My first three hours spent in Kritika Online edited down into around 20 minutes.

My Thoughts And Everything Currently Known on The PC Port of Destiny 2
For the first time in a long time A Bungie-developed game will make its way to arguable the best gaming platform around. In the video above I discuss everything currently known about the PC version of the game and give my thoughts to its development.
Destiny 2 so far is shaping up to be a better version of Destiny in nearly every conceivable way. Bigger Patrol areas, more secrets and things to find and discover, more interesting planets to explore, a slew of new Strikes/missions with improved Story, Cinematics and Boss Mechanics, Refined graphics, 60fps, Field of View Slider, Overhauled PvP (4v4), A whole new Raid, Revamped Sub-classes, An Overhauled Weapon Equip System and tons of new Legendary and Exotic gear to find. But by far the best upgrade over Destiny 1 is the BUILT-IN Matchmaking for EVERYTHING In game using the (Also New) In-Game Clan System.

The first 2 hours were all fine and dandy, but then I got disconnected from the server. Then I had crashes everytime I tried to rejoin. I even rebooted my whole system and still got crashes every. single. time. I could eventually get back in, but only on a local server I created myself. The framerate drops are there, and optimization needs work. All around though, the game is fun, and when more stuff is added, the bugs fixed, and people can play together (WITH CHAT), I think it will be amazing.

Here's a look at the important game features Ashes of Creation will have when it is out. I covered as many topics that MMORPG players like myself tend to want to know before backing, following, or playing a game.
Everything I talked about is from official Intrepid Studios livestreams, Q&A’s, announcements, trailers, community compiled information documents, and forum posts.
Of course everything I talk about is prone to change since Intrepid Studios has only put a bit over a year in development into Ashes of Creation.

What's up, everyone!
Some of you might be interested in Eastern MMORPGs and some of you might even be able to understand them.
With this information in mind, allow me to go through some of the MMORPGs not yet released in the West yet that I believe you should try out if you haven't already. Multiple of them have English translations and work perfectly fine, and a few of them require VPNs. However, they're all a lot of fun to play and they're pretty different to what we have in the West currently.
If you want to read more, you can check out our blog post. We actually have installation guides up for some of the games listed here!

In my constant quest to uncover fun and worthwhile MMOs I continually stumble upon ones like Skyforge.
Skyforge is a Free To Play Action-Combo-Combat MMO developed by The Allods Team (...they made Allods Online) and is Published by My.Com. Skyforge has been released since 2015 and recently made its way onto Steam.
I figured Skyforge would be a polished experience given that it's been out for a while now and that the premise and gameplay looked fun and right up my alley. I wasn't wrong, Skyforge is pretty polished from both a story and gameplay perspective but the way they monetize the game hurts the overall experience greatly. For more information see my Video above!
For those interested Skyforge has the following features:
- Combo-based Combat (Similar to Vindictus and DragonNest)A ref

Asta Online is a Free To Play MMORPG that released originally in mid 2016 and was created using the Cryengine 3.
In the video above I look at the game and its systems, show some gameplay and talk about whether or not it's worth your time.
Asta Online is definitely a throw-back to older MMOs (for better or for worse).
That said, what ultimately turned me off of the game even at early levels was the cash shop and what they put inside of it.
It's interesting to note that this game has already shut down once in 2016, and ultimately failed to do well in Korea.
Asta Online Features:
- Classic Tab-Targeting CombatClassic MMO Designs (2004 WoW-esque)A variety of Races each with a unique starting areaThe game runs well on older hardwareA decent enough character creatorVoice Acting!A variety of PvP modesDungeons and GW2-style Public Events
